They anticipated questions, sent extremely thorough information and research, looked into out-of-the-box solutions, and they also fielded issues before they even got to me, so that when I was presented with them they already had solutions lined up. We got a deal we were all happy with in the end and closing went incredibly smooth. They also had great advice for navigating the market, and despite the fact that we could not put the property up for sale for a year due to estate/legal issues, they were still giving it their all and sending me information and helping me set up the property to prepare it to sell throughout this time. I would hire them for absolutely anything, but of course their specialties are in the real estate market! Jessica is an undeniable pro and I can't believe the amount of hours she put in for the sale process of this property. The day after booking and paying for this property we get an email from Patricia requesting another almost $500 or she will cancel our booking! We contact VRBO who tells us not to pay because she has a legally binding contract with us for the price that we paid since we had already paid. They say they are contacting her and everything will be worked out. Well four days later Patricia cancels our rental now we are searching for another rental with even slimmer pickings in Maui for Christmas. After reading other reviews I'm so glad we aren't staying in anything under her management. She is running a scam trying to get more money after entering a contact with paid customers.
