Owner graciously met me downstairs, removed item from my car and took the time to inspect the item and point out the "gem" I procured as he compared my lounge to the "prefab won't-last-five-years chaise lounges of today. He asked questions on where the item will be stored (high traffic va low traffic areas of home) and when i answered he provided a plethora of fabrics to consider. Most importantly, he did NOT expect full payment that day! Whew!! What a relief. Starting a new business is expensive so not having to make full payment before work commenced made my day. I totally relied on her extremely good taste for the design, and she created simply stunning window treatments in both my dining room and master bedroom. She also did decorative pillows and other slipcover items as well as repairing several other sets of window treatments. Because of an illness in my family, I was unable to give her much direction, just told her what I needed, and she ran with it. She also hung up all my pictures and artwork. Most important, she was so nice to work with, and so supportive during a very difficult time. Her work is exquisite, with great attention to detail. She really takes time to understand what you like, what you're trying to achieve, and how to work with what you have already. I could not recommend her more highly.
