What an adorable place for a party! My niece had her 13th birthday here and it was amazing. She had, dancers, DJ, MC, Photo Booth, and photographer and it was all amazing. The vibe was right, the staff was friendly and the venue itself was giving night club lol. One downside is that it's street parking. For such a popular event space you'd think there was valet or a parking lot but no. Keep this in mind when coming here. read more

Booked this venue for my Son's 16th birthday party mostly for his friends. The Manager Scotty was very quick to respond to my inquiry. He was very accommodating and meet us that night to show us the space. He was also responsive to my texts with questions during the planning. This space has great lighting and Club atmosphere which was very important to my son as a DJ. Scotty even allowed us to come and set up in the afternoon before the party. We had Maryam for our food set up help throughout the party and she was phenomenal!!! I can't rave enough about her! The party was a huge success! Just know that you will have to have an outside caterer and bring in your own alcohol which We preferred anyway. read more

Crazy place and loud music at midnight! This place is bothering neighbors even after 1am for the past few months!!! I don't understand how can they open during corona virus?!! After called town dept, the staff said he received lots of noise complaints but still couldn't fix this problem with this place... Excuse me?!! Booking with Scott at Rain was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE ! LED furniture We were promised were not available for our event (our daughter wanted this specifically for the lights) there were so many last minute up charges . Like basic cleaning of the bathrooms and behind the bars? It's almost $4K for a 4 hour time limit and you'd think we'd have time for set up yet we were charged to come in earlier . Every single tiny thing there was a charge for . It's unfair during these times to have your budget set then basic needs aren't met . Not to mention the many many MANY things that were told to us the day we booked that blatantly switched as soon as a deposit was given ! My husband soon after asked for a contract (that was our fault for not asking before hand) he ARGUED that one was given , then got upset when we asked for a copy . Quite honestly, I don't even know where to begin. Scott, one of the owner's and the main point person for the event , was unprofessional and deceitful. We had booked the place for a quoted price of 4k, which was fine. This included the space, tables, linens , ice , chasers , setup etc. He had informed the 3 of us that" if you go over an hour, then that's fine. It happens " The caveat to this was that he had failed to mention that he charges $550 per additional hour. This is an important detail that should have been disclosedc in the beginning. The mere fact of paying $550 per additional hour, may have swayed us from booking this venue. Especially, when there are other event venues that will not either charge or may charge a lesser amount. However , we were able to negotiate paying 1k for the additional 2 hours of runoff. It was not the amount of money, but the the poor business model. We were literally conversing about money during the height of the event, which was merely tasteless . This is not only nevue available. We were considering various other sites , until Rain was recommended to us. To add injury to insult. Several of our guest had witnessed 2 of the servers helping themselves to the buffet , when it was not time to serve the guest. Scott's managerial skills lacked accountability , but rather was filled with , unfilled expectations nconsistencies and pointless excuse all throughout the day . His solution was toto reimburse $30 for the food that was taken. He had completely omitted the fact that servers are not to touch the patrons food without permission or prior to the guest being served. He had the audacity to verbalize to me, " oh i know where you work" This was triggered rby me stating that i I was going to leave an unfavorable review. This is clearly our right as a paying customers , who paid for a party , which resulted in a very negative experience. He did apologize and had sent the evevt planner to offer a bottle of Rose , Moet , and i forgot the 3rd option. I had politely declined but she was insistent with providing the bottle. Quite frankly, she was emarrased and mortified of the sequence of evebts throughout the night. She stated that she had sent the 2 servers home after the taking of food incident. She further stated ," this has never happened before. .." Please, do not get me wrong. I am one to never even waste my time to even write a review. However , after last night. I had to make future customers aware of the potential inconveniences that may occur while booking at Rain. Rain is a great evebt space . However, Scott has the potential to make the place even better by promoting MaryAnn , whom was phenomenal! She has great client relation capabilities and should be the point person whodeals with the clients moving forward I will refrain from disclosing her thoughts of what had transpired last night and those shared by other disgruntled patrons. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Seems like the other reviews are from staff or just fakes..... please read on for an ACTUAL review. The venue is absolutely beautiful, but the owners and managers are money hungry liars! I had my baby shower at Rain just the other night, and if I didn't have help from my fiance, mother, and an employee by the name of Danny, the entire event would of been ruined. We met with a man named Jimmy to check out the place, we liked it. He tells us.."We usually charge this much, but I'm gonna push for cheaper because I like you guys." Yeah right. Jimmy reached out to us that night and told us THE NUMBER he got us. We agreed to it, and made a deposit on it the next day. This was including 3 waitstaff, 2 valet, and Jimmy himself to assist us that night of the event, as well as with anything else we could have needed assistance with leading up to the event. This was for an event for 100 people. FYI: THIS PLACE DOES NOT INCLUDE FOOD OR ALCOHOL, SILVERWARE, AND SEATING MAY BE LIMITED (READ ON FOR DETAILS WITH THAT).*** The week of the party, we met with Jimmy to go over how I wanted tables to be setup for that day. He gave me the OK. HE SAID IT WOULD BE TIGHT, but we could make it work. The day before the shower, we get a text saying something had happened, and Jimmy wasn't going to be able to make it, and a man named Danny was going to take over my event. Jimmy then decided to tell my fiance my seating arrangement wasn't going to work, he just 'didnt want to tell me'. What. the. fuck. We told him we would be there at 4 when their staff arrived, to overlook everything and figure it out ourselves. We got to the place, and made up a completely new seating arrangement with Danny. Danny was great. Danny was a life saver that night. But I was a like a chicken without a head creating a brand new seating arrangement from scratch, 2 hours before the party. I shouldn't be PANICKING HOURS BEFORE MY EVENT WITH THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I PAID FOR THAT PLACE!!!!!!!! Once that problem was fixed, we find out there were only 84 chairs because the owner decided to take chairs with him God knows where. Are you kidding me? That goes to show how much the OWNER respects a paying client. Freaking moron. The owner gets there. The party begins. As it begins, random people start walking into MY PARTY, through the back and front entrance. They literally walk in, and walk through everyone, straight to the back to the owners office with absolutely no consideration that there was a freaking "PRIVATE" event happening. We approached the owner like what the hell is this? He said he was having a meeting. Im like, you're having a meeting the night of my party when this is supposed to be private? You dont even give us a heads up? And your people are walking up in there yelling "IM LOOKING FOR A PROMOTER", in front of my guests? He had no excuse for this. He sat in his office with some random people, and they watched my party on their cameras!!!! WTF IS THAT!!! There were people leaving out through the back all night. The owner had the audacity to tell us "Well you got this place at a discounted price" WTF does that even mean. We never asked for a discount. We still paid over 4 GRAND for that place. For that level of service? You gotta be kidding me. Nothing was even included! This place is not worth the money. I paid for me to do everything myself. RUN FROM HERE! read more

We had an adult Purim party and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff was so nice and friendly. They agreed to everything we wanted and were very flexible. They let us come the day before to decorate which was a huge help. They replied immediately to every question we had. The price was very reasonable. We had an amazing party. read more
