The police came to tell us to lower the music before 8PM because they received complaints from the neighbors. We lowered the music and still by around 8:30 PM the police came back to tell us to lower the music or he was going to cancel the party. I contacted the hall representative to notify him about what was happening and he told me "JUST LOWER THE MUSIC THEN" and was very annoyed by my phone call. I was invited to the another event at the America Legion Post No 1 on a Saturday and the same thing happened. Apparently this is a known issue by the Legion association which they do not tell you when you go to rent the Hall. The neighbors behind the hall call the police to complain about the music very often as I witnessed.

We were seated at a table that seemed fine at first, but about five minutes in the floor and table started vibrating. It was strong enough that I could feel it through my whole body. At the same time, there was a loud, constant drone that kept coming back every few minutes--roughly every 3 minutes or so. It was absolutely horrendous and made it impossible to enjoy the meal. When I finally asked the waiter, I was told it was the dishwasher. I honestly don't understand how that seating area is considered acceptable for guests. On top of that, my salmon was very disappointing. It was severely overcooked, dry throughout, and the edges were inedible. Between the noise and the poor quality of the food, it was a terrible experience overall. I won't be going back.
