It was a humbling way for the universe to tell me I am not meditating nor relaxing correctly. That's where Jessika comes in. She is the absolute best and is truly amazing at holding a safe space for you to achieve complete and total relaxation. She offers virtual appointments and thankfully she had availability within a few days. My experience during a session is walking in with a million thoughts racing through my head while my body can't sit down and walking out relaxed, peaceful, and focused. What a difference. I must admit how naive I was to think that reiki should not be a consistent part of my healing journey. Talking with Jessika, she made an interesting point that while reiki can help after one session its benefits can go beyond by being more consistent. Jennifer seems to know exactly what you need even if you are unsure. I first met her for a short chair reiki session that a friend brought me to. This friend found physical healing after a past life/reiki session. Her husband had unexplained aches disappear after working with Jennifer. I was curious though skeptical. During the short session I found deep emotions locked so far away, I didn't know I was feeling them until they surfaced. I never anticipated that my session would include cathartic crying. I'm not an emotional person. I left relaxed and oddly at peace. Today, I took my family back for another session. My husband does not believe in anything he can't see. Agnostic on a good day, he certainly wouldn't believe that someone could manipulate energy, talk to spirits, or tap into past lives. I think he came thinking he'd leave disappointed. Jennifer does not disappoint. My husband enjoyed the session and agreed to come back soon. He felt more relaxed in those 15 minutes than I've seen him after a massage.
