For those that may be unfamiliar or a bit skeptical, physical evidence other than my breakthrough relief from pain (mental and physical) is that I had woken up that morning with a subconjunctival hemorrhage (red blood spot on eye), which can take 1-2 weeks to heal, by the time I left it was 50% better. The next morning, it was almost gone. Also, my Fitbit showed me sleeping the entire time, which I was not. I am not a good meditator, but a deep meditative healing state is the closest I can get to explaining it. Prior to Raquel doing any theta healing massage sessions, I was in a 5-year relationship, in where I knew my initiate partner was cheating on me, but I was unable to break up with him, until those theta sessions finally hit my hard wiring. Once I realized at a core level that I had been doing this to my inner child my entire life, I was finally able to end with that intimate romantic relationship in an instant. Why? Because I had an aha moment, in where I saw my inner child and how it how it been operating for decades like this. I was duplicating those images from my childhood and bringing them into my adulthood. Now you ask yourself, who in their right mind would do this to themselves? No one in their logical mind would do this to themselves. However, I at a young age was raped by a family member. As a result of the rape and my parents abandoning me, I told myself at a very young age that I was not loveable or valuable. Unconsciously, I kept repeating this same song all the way to my adult life. So, you can imagine all the situations "I unconsciously" put myself through in all my adult life. Am I completely healed? Of course not, but I can tell you that I definitely have drastically moved the needle in my life. I no longer operate from or put myself in situations where I am not the highest priority. Why? Because something inside me changed. My operating system was updated with new software. Thank you Raquel for always having the patience with me and not giving up on me. I will forever love you.
