The only con is, that communication could be better and the final payment was requested in cash. Stay away from this company! I called never could get ahold of them. Did the reservation online got confirmation that I was booked for a moon bounce and tables and chairs. The week of the party I call no answer. Then I email them to confirm the delivery for Saturday. He calls the next day says that he email said they couldn't do it. I was like it would have been to get a phone call because I don't have any emails??? He said we don't call We lost email? I am like wow that not good service he was like oh well. We can't help you. These guys need to be reported to the better business bureau. I don't know how they stay in business maybe it's because of the cheaper prices but they sure lack in customer service. Both of my experiences with this place are beyond 5 stars! Juan is so patient and friendly, I decided to change my order from the water slide to the waterslide combo and he assured me it wasn't a problem at all. The prices here are the best in San Antonio. The quality is great and they keep the bouncers very clean. The first time I ordered they delivered my slide around 9 am and my party was at 1 and they picked up the next afternoon. The second time I ordered (this past weekend) They texted me asking if I was interested in them delivering the tables/chairs and bouncer a day early no extra charge? Absolutely I said yes my kids got to enjoy it for 2 days instead of 1. That gave me time to get everything set up in pleanty of time. I would recommend Rainbow Castle to anybody! I will hopefully be able to order again before this summer is over. read more

Rented a bouncy castle for a party a couple of weeks ago from Rainbow Castle. Very pleased with the service and quality of their products. They took partial payment when I made the reservation, the rest was paid in cash upon delivery. The guys showed up, surveyed the best part of the backyard to place the bouncy house, set it up and even checked for sprinkler heads before driving stakes into the ground to hold the house secure. The next day they came to pick up the bouncy house in a timely manner, texting me when they were in route. We booked with Rainbow due to seeing several positive reviews. I must say, I was disappointed. The communication with the company started out very well, the rentals showed up on time, and the staff we very nice. Once the balloon was up, my son of course wanted to start playing in it. We got on and were jumping around, only to find that there were several peanuts in and throughout the jump house. My son is severely allergic to peanuts. I quickly got him off, and proceeded to clean the entire balloon for the next 2/5 hours. Needless to say, it was a huge hassle- especially when I was already planning and setting up for a party the next day. Then I decided to check all of the tables/chairs we rented as well. Most were dirty, and needed cleaning as well. There was still plastic table cloth and tape stuck to the tables, which I had to remove as well. We initially really liked the contract that the company had, but soon realized they do not stand up to their side of the agreement. While I understand my son's allergy is not something they can control, their cleaning process is something they can. When I spoke with the owner... he said, "oh, sorry". I guarantee if we would have sent it back dirty, a fee would've been cited. There are several children with peanut allergies, and if I had not been in the jump house with him... it could have turned disastrous, quickly. We will not be utilizing this company again. read more
