When we went to Florida for a week and a half, I accidentally packed too little food. Jill called and said that she could have their food and it would be added to our bill which was no problem. Toaster has digestive issues when new types of food is introduced but it usually only last for a couple days so I was okay with her having different food. Jill then calls me and tells me she remembered her issue and offers to go out and buy a bag of her normal food. Wow! I was amazing at how willing she was to make sure that my pup felt comfortable and happy with her and the team. She definitely goes out of her way to make all of the pups and owners feel safe and special. Recently, we bought a daycare package with them and Toaster has been opening up so much, she's a shy gal. The ladies absolutely love her and she feels so safe and comfortable with them. They've been so accommodating of her timidness and even gave her one on one time for the first few days before putting her in with the group. We absolutely love HAFH and the team that works there! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and engaging environment for their doggies.

They allowed me to come in a week prior to just meet both the groomers and everyone and it went great today he had his grooming and they did amazing I couldn't be more thankful as he's quite a character and likes to also sing the song of his people. They blocked off the back for him as he is reactive sometimes and a fearful boy with anxieties. And again I couldn't be more thankful!!!!
