I again gave them a time frame when I was available on Monday after 1pm. Well again a no-show and no communications I finally sent them a text to tell them what a joke of a company and that they have no customer service skills on Monday night. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company. Buyer beware, no shows..a big red flag, poor communications and just a lack of urgency when this is what they do for a living. As far as I'm concerned I dodged a bullet and you should too! P.S. This is just a follow-up on my review of Enhanced landscaping. He just called me to tell me to quote " go f**k myself" Such a classless act from a embarrassing company. These areas were very overgrown, shrubs needed trimming and a few needed to be removed among lots of other work (mulch, design suggestions and stones, bricks and rocks that were buried from years of neglect that needed to be dug up). This company did an excellent job. It's clean and I can move forward with a plan because I can now see my yards. I will be sure to call Diaz Landscaping in the spring to continue the landscaping design work and add flowers and trees. Prices were very reasonable, and Ryan was awesome to work with--dependable, efficient, respectable and full of knowledge/advice. I will say, that it is very rare to find a company like this today.

Poor Follow Through - My wife and I built our dream home back in 2020. Superior Scape designed and…read moreinstalled our landscaping including plants and hedges, paver patio, pergola, irrigation system, lighting, multiple paver walkways and even a Trex deck along the seawall/water. They did a beautiful job. I paid over $100,000 for the entire job so it wasn't cheap. That said, the follow through service has been difficult. After only 2 years I had paver sinking in a few spots. They came out and repaired; it at a cost. Then again this year, pavers sinking in the same spot again. Another added cost. I asked if any of the work (or repairs) came with warranties. I was told if they had "engineered it" in the beginning they would have done things differently. Now there is nothing they can do to "fix it" without adding $4000 - $5000 to basically do a major redo of pavers. Wow. For 100 grand I think they would have done some engineering in the beginning. I've recommended Superior Scape for the last 4 years - NO LONGER RECOMMENDING THEM.

This year they showed up without any contact, cut the grass one time, so we paid them ahead for 5 cuts. They never came back. Then came 3 weeks of unreturned phone calls and emails. We finally went to the police, who called them. Weingartz said that they were out of town for 3 days? So what? They promised the police that they would cut the grass today. It's 5 PM and they still aren't here. We will give them til Monday to make good, if not, because they cashed the check and kept the money it's now check fraud. Check fraud is 2 years in jail if convicted. I urge everyone in any circumstance where you are out money that you paid or are owed, to go to the police first. They have you fill out a request for money form and send it by certified mail. If they don't respond or refuse it, the letter is then proof and is sent to the County Prosecutor's Office. That's what we will do on Monday, and then they can explain it to a judge. Why are there so many business owners here in Michigan who think they are above the law? We really need a consumer advocate here.

While I lived there I witnessed workers drunk in the parking lot throwing up, extremely loud music, smoking right in front of someone's downstairs window, workers gathering at late hours on the grassy area entrance talking and laughing so loud, and overall embarrassing behavior from people who are fortunate to have a company house them. You would think they would be appreciative and respect those around them. Absolutely not. Management is aware and repeatedly brings things to their attention but it seems like they get a free pass or something because from what I hear from friends who still live there, it's worse. I hope you all as owners take control of te situation because it's not fair for people who live there to put up with disgusting behavior from neighbors , seasonal or not.
