Superior Scape designed and…read moreinstalled our landscaping including plants and hedges, paver patio, pergola, irrigation system, lighting, multiple paver walkways and even a Trex deck along the seawall/water. They did a beautiful job. I paid over $100,000 for the entire job so it wasn't cheap. That said, the follow through service has been difficult. After only 2 years I had paver sinking in a few spots. They came out and repaired; it at a cost. Then again this year, pavers sinking in the same spot again. Another added cost. I asked if any of the work (or repairs) came with warranties. I was told if they had "engineered it" in the beginning they would have done things differently. Now there is nothing they can do to "fix it" without adding $4000 - $5000 to basically do a major redo of pavers. Wow. For 100 grand I think they would have done some engineering in the beginning. I've recommended Superior Scape for the last 4 years - NO LONGER RECOMMENDING THEM.

I've had many landscaping companies come in and do what they thought was best and not what I wanted. Larry and his crew listened and did exactly what I wanted. In another area, I even had a sign telling them not to spray it, but they did. Discussed it with them twice. Their idea was not to treat half my yard, which is avoidance rather than a resolution. They offered nothing about replacing the plants. I am disappointed in the service and quite upset about the damage to my garden.

Beyond frustrated over our experience with Jason. Paid over 10K in various repairs to our patio…read morelast spring. By the end of the summer, much of the sand had completely washed away, and steps that were "repaired" have completely come loose and are actually WORSE (as in, the entire step of bricks has broken off as opposed to the single loose brick that was the original issue) now than before we had the "repair" work done. Jason assured my husband and I that they would return in the spring to re-sand and take a look at the loose steps. Once we touched base earlier this spring, Jason told us they would be out mid/end of May...nothing. After multiple attempts to reach out, he finally responded and said they would be out the first week of June...again, nothing. Multiple text messages have been sent and left unanswered. So not only are they not coming during the timeframes given, Jason doesn't seem to have the courtesy or professionalism to communicate that they will or will not be coming during the timeframes he originally said. Disappointing to spend this amount of money, with the assurance that they could improve our pavers, and receive such poor customer service when addressing issues related to the job. Also worth noting is that after I left a Google review sharing our frustrations with this company, Jason responded with egregious, defamatory statements. There's nothing high-class about this company whatsoever. Absolutely disgraceful.
