I found out they do not draw blood, after the initial physical, they send you to a blood drawing company where they charge you $100 to $200 more. Phenomenal Derrick Holman, when the GI doctor said nothing was wrong with baby. He took the biopsy papers that I found and he submitted this to the insurance company to make sure that baby gets the medicine she needs so she can be normal like everyone else when I've called for whatever concerns. This doctor is on it if you want someone that truly cares about your child? This pediatrician office is phenomenal, this doctor has saved this child's life. We had our third child in September 2024 completely without medical intervention. As of writing this, they've been bought out by Pediatric Associates, their policies changed. We only go to doctors when we're sick beyond how we can care for our children at home. We typically don't need a doctor. Now the youngest needs to be seen and they won't accept her due to her vaccination status.

Thank you to Alexis, Charlotte, Skye, David, Dean, Carmen(I believe that's her name),Frank and Dr Singley.. I came in for multiple seizures- he knew all the proper questions to ask and how to treat them. If I forgot anyone please forgive me. Seizures are scary even when you have a history of them but the people listed above make my experience less scary. The patience and compassion they showed me was stellar. They are the prime example of the type of nurses, doctors and techs that are needed in healthcare. I don't think I can thank you all enough.

assistant misdiagnosed my grand daughter causing great bodily injury. brought my grand baby to the…read morehospital to find out this assistant was giving my grand daughter the wrong medicine causing matters to worsen. what my grand daughter had was staph infection, and they were giving her medicine for a diaper rash that treats fungus, and not a bacteria infection causing great pain, that they wont own up to. should be a malpractice that's neglect on her part and then the pharmacy participated in her game when she faxed over my granddaughter's medicine

They called after eight weeks to schedule my surgery for another three week wait. Let the scheduler know need to sooner. She scheduled pre-order for Monday at 2:40, surgery on Wednesday. After their office is close on Friday, I get email changing appointment to 4:40. No phone call to see if I'm available, I'm not. Left phone call to cancel pre-op, surgery, and post-op. Can't deal with people like this! Three appointment never met the doctor.

I am not one to write reviews but I feel like my experience warrants this. I was referred to Dr…read more Caspary by an urgent care center in Panama City for a potential abscess behind my ear. After arriving at the office and being told they had no record of the appointment, I pleaded with the receptionist to allow me to see a doctor due to the size and area of the abscess. They were able to get me in. Dr. Caspary said he thought it may be Masitioditis (which can be life-threatening) and that I would need to come back the following day for a CT Scan that would be done in office. I am currently traveling and the office was outside my insurance network so I had been paying upfront. The office said they would call me the next day and let me know the price of the CT Scan. They gave me the price of the CT Scan and scheduled the appointment. Since they mentioned it would be done in office, I had assumed they would also read it in office. When they did not read the CT and sent me home (the abscess has not gone down, there were no additional antibiotics given) I went back in and pleaded again to the receptionist that I would like to see the doctor, that I did not know what to do, and was afraid. At this point, it was suggested I consider going to the ER or make arrangements to go to the ER. Dr. Caspary did not come in the room and instead sent his medical assistant. I ran home to grab a bag for the ER, I lose hearing in my ear and it begins draining. I rush to the ER. I call Dr. Caspary's office at 4:45 to request that the CT Scan be sent to the ER knowing they will need them. The answering service says they cannot connect me to the office. I hang up. Once I arrived at the ER, they immediately took me back, started new rounds of antibiotics, run additional CT Scans, flushed the ear and made me feel safe. Dr. Caspary's office did not follow up with me until days later (after I had already called their office to schedule the follow up). During follow up with Dr. Caspary's office, I let him personally know that I felt the care I was given was less than acceptable. His response was to the effect of, "yeah, I don't know." At this point, all I want to do is make sure I am okay and leave the office. I will say Dr. Caspary did seem more concerned after this and gave me great care from this point on. After my last appointment, I spoke with the office manager who apologized for my experience. I felt that since I was self-pay and had to have the imaging redone - that I should have my money refunded for the CT scan that was done in office. She said she would get back to me and did not. This was at the end of May. I am fine now and continued about my life and had decided to just move on. Then I received a bill from a radiologist for $1200. The office never informed me that they would be sending the radiology report out - just that it would be done in office. The also never disclosed I would be charged separately for this. When I called to find out why, I was told this is normal and that there was nothing they could do. The care I was given at Dr. Caspary's office of Head & Neck Associates of Bay County was neglectful, unfair, and unacceptable. I sincerely hope no one else ever has to go through this type of experience.
