Called to make an appointment for my baby and was put on hold for 10mins until I hung up and called again. when they answered the second time I had no problem making an appointmenr. I asked why Bri pit me on hold and forgot and the lady on the phone who is also named bri said there is three bris working today. Well that Bri and the Bri who put me on hold were not professional and both weren't concerned about my time on hold for 10min. after I made my appointment with the second Bri i called back again and got the third Bri ruse as well so I canceled my appointment and will be looking for a different office. read more

Horrible and costly experience - I have gone to medical offices for 40 years with great insurance that usually pays for everything after a $25 pre-pay. I went in for a physical, where my insurance pays for everything. I found out they do not draw blood, after the initial physical, they send you to a blood drawing company where they charge you $100 to $200 more. Go to the Urgent care instead of HealtCare - save your $$$$ read more

We had the worst experience there last week. In 9 years we have never received service like that or lack of I should say. Sad that's how it's ran when Dr Rezk is out of country. BECKY was so rude and unprofessional about THEIR MESS UP! I love most of the providers but this round after two hour wait and the rudeness we encountered we were told our provider never came in and the others had patients of their own and couldn't see us for a scheduled physical. went to another office and was seen in less than five minutes. extremely disappointed. I should have went to the beach office or at least made sure DR Rezk was in town at the very least. they don't seem to talk to you like that when he's around. read more

We have used Rainbow Peds since moving here in 2020. We've always loved the staff and Dr. Rezek and have had great appointments, until today. Karen was very rude and snide. She made us feel like our concerns as ADHD/OCD parents were invalid. The nurse wrote down results for a vision test that my son didn't even take because he said the machine was broken. Do you want to be exposed to COVID? Well this is surely the place to do it! I just moved here and my children needed well visit appoints to be enrolled into school. I unfortunately booked an appointment here. I assumed that all medical facilities were following CDC guidelines, but I assumed wrong. Half the staff were not wearing masks, the doctor came in with his mask under his nose... in all honesty, how can I trust a medical provider to care for my children properly if they cannot even use basic proper precautions during a pandemic? I mean the CDC makes it pretty easy by dispersing guidance. It is not like they had to come up with a plan themselves. I feel like wearing a mask (and wearing one properly) is pretty basic and not difficult to do. Additionally, we were there for 1.5 hours! We were waiting in the room for an hour and 15 minutes. So if you have all the time in the world, this is the place to go! I would not recommend this place based on the lack of proper care and respect for patients and their family. read more

Poor office staff. Came in for a simple wellness check from another state. All paperwork was faxed in advance, and verification that medical records were received via telephone. Upon arrival for the appointment, Office staff stated that they never received the paperwork and that the person that we spoke to on the phone couldn't have possibly told us that they did. After filling out new paperwork they miraculously found the file they said didn't exist. An hour later and about a dozen patients later, we still wait in the office. I ask again about our appointment, and the office staff says we are a new patient and that it takes more time. At this point I don't care how good the doctors are, I'm looking for another pediatrician read more

I called today to get an appointment for my son. He would have been a new patie, until she assumed that I was on medicaid. I asked her what would I need to call and get my insurance changed. Thats when I asked you don't accept BSBC. She began to stutter, because that's when she said.."Oh, I thought you had a different kind". So, I knew what she thought. Dr Rezk is an amazing DR...that will be the start of this review...The help in his office is a different story and dangerous... Sitting in the ER with a kid with pneumonia from what started as a kid with congestion....backstory...few days ago my kid had lots of congestion so I called rainbow to make an appt and had to wait 30 minutes on hold while they tried to schedule ....(it wasnt really on hold the entire time I could hear snickering and laughing and gossip and typing in the background .......only to be told the next appt was 10 mins from the current time and (I live 25 minutes away) no way to safely make I ask for another and get told to call back "after lunch" ..... ...so I do and now they tell me to call back tomorrow....my kid does better so he goes to school the next day and gets sent home sick...2 days later we are in the ER with Pneumonia..I believe this could have been discovered ...but this is not the first time ....during covid the office forgot about us and left us outside in a car for 3 hours while waiting for my child to get a covid test.. ........if your child is sick and needs attention go somewhere else....dr rezk is an amazing dr and has seen my child since birth and even caught scarlet fever before any other drs caught it .....he is very good.... the people working in his office with him though is like a middle school drama class read more

We have going to Rainbow pediatrics since 2013. They have always been very professional. I really enjoyed my last visit with Dr Rezk. The nursing staff are great and very professional. The office is always clean and follows CDC guidelines for COVID. I never have a problem getting an appointment. They will always accept me as a walk in or fir any emergency I have. You always feel it a friendly environment starting with the front desk. They won the best bay for a reason !!! I recommend to all my family and friends read more

We are here on vacation when my 17 month old grandson started running a fever and not himself. We were trying to avoid the cost of an urgent care center and found this office. When we called they were very nice and accommodating, answering all our questions about insurance, etc. They had no problem seeing someone that wasn't their patient and had an appt within an hour. The staff was very friendly and determine it was an ear infection. They called the RX over to Publix and we were on our way. Spent more time waiting on the RX than we did in the doctor's office - Publix is very slow with their pharmacy. Would definitely recommend them to anyone visiting or a resident. We are here a lot and now know where we can go if needed. read more

If your child needs a pediatrician for an occasional sick visit/check up and vaccinations I would definitely recommend! I've had many many friends go here and never have a problem. They just opened their new location and they have separate rooms for sick/well visits and it's very nice! They usually can get you in for same day appointments too as well as being open Saturdays! Wait time is sometimes long as they do have a lot of patients but have only had a long wait once (an hour and a half for a scheduled appointment). BUT I would absolutely not recommend making this your child's primary doctors office if you have a child with any kind of special needs. Dr Rezk seems to be a very nice and respected pediatrician. I've seen him once MAYBE twice in the past 100 times we've been there over the past 2 years (which is somewhat understandable, he does have 2 locations). Brooke is sweet and caring too, we love seeing her!! My daughter has been going here for the last 2 years and I have had to call up to the office MULTIPLE times for each referral "sent out." I had changed my number and called Rainbow for the fourth time with my new number and I was told by one of the ladies at the desk that they had only sent out the referral ONCE when I was told every time I called (4 times) they would send a new one. My daughter desperately has needed occupational therapy along with a diagnosis, and to see a neurologist for possible seizures. So for whatever reason I cannot get these people to send out a referral without calling 10 plus times, we finally had to switch doctors. Happened with our ENT referral for tubes also. Sitting around waiting for specialists to call me just to find out they had never sent the referral to begin with is very very frustrating, especially for a first time mom to a child with autism. I'm glad I learned to be an advocate for my daughter because these people unfortunately will not. Hopefully they can fix this problem with the office staff. Sad to leave because we've been here so long but time to find a pediatrician office that wants to help my daughter! read more

Have been taking my children there for routine refill appointments for about two years now. They have a large turn over and we seem to see a different provider every time we go. My kids don't really have any special medical needs so I wasn't too worried about it. Today however, I did have to deal with their office for something other than scheduling a routine appt. It has been a nightmare. Was promised a call back several times but it would never happen. I would call, state the reason, be put on hold for several mins, then they would pick back up and have no idea who I was and I'd have to repeat everything, then I'd be put back on hold. Again they would come back, "how can I help you?" Are you serious?!! This is my fourth time calling your office and you put me on hold several time each call, never remembering who you are coming back to. Either totally incompetent or very lazy. I was a medical receptionist at a very busy clinic for 6 years so I am usually very sympathetic to this kind of thing but there is no excuse for this level of disorganization and disregard for patients. I have been trying to get something faxed from their office for going on 7 hours now. read more

I took my 2 year old to Rainbow today for his first visit (we are new to the area) and a general flu shot. We had an appointment and we waited an hour and a half. Read that again.. HOUR AND A HALF. With a 2 year old. For a consultation and a flu shot. The exam room was clean, but the waiting room was filthy. They have mask signs on the door but less than 50% of the people there were wearing them and it was packed despite the "only 10 people in the room at a time" sign. The front desk staff was not wearing masks, and the nurses either weren't wearing them or had them below their chin. Its sad that we could have been exposed to Covid-19 by this irresponsible health care provider. I can't comment on the doctor, as she only spent about 20 seconds with us and rushed out. I don't even remember her name. They were clearly under-staffed and the kids are just numbers. We will continue our search for a clean, friendly, safe and nurturing pediatrician for our son. read more

Our baby got sick while visiting the beach. They were able to fit us in that day. The doctor listened to baby's whole history with different medication and was responsive to our concerns (baby has a terrible history with different kinds of antibiotics).
