It was cute as a button, exactly what we needed: a bed, shower/toilet a kitchenette with a coffee pot. The bed was a Murphy bed, with an attached dining table that can be deployed when the bed is folded. The bed was very comfortable, and has the pillows and extra blanket in the storage beside the bed. There was a very comfortable loveseat with cup holders, a television with Roku, wifi was adequate. My husband used to pool, and enjoyed it until thunderstorms ran him back in. Note, parking is limited, our Ford F250 didn't fit into the parking space, about 2' stuck out into the street. Check-in was simple, no contact. Details were sent in an email explaining the gate code and what to expect in the tiny home. The home was clean and all amenities were more than adequate. It is small, so don't expect extra space but fit our needs perfectly. The owner did stop by while we were enjoying the covered deck on the second day and he was very nice. If we need to be back in this area again, we will most certainly try to get into this park.

One sure fire way that I would recommend is a camping trip. last year our favorite Florida camping area, Kissimmee Prairie added a series of glamping cabins. I was not a fan. We have been coming every year for many years, and in the past 6 years or so we have been coming every spring and fall. We invite friends and family and have had a different mix of people every time. My brother-in-laws family decided to come but they got the glamping site near our tent site. I thought it would create a camping class system. I was wrong. The gals and kids in our group that weren't ready for tent camping were so happy about having a way to camp but have a nice bed and AC and heat as needed. this past weekend my sisters family came and glamped with us. I'm not sure they would have come camping if it wasn't for the glamping sites. And with that and last year I'm so happy there is glamping at our favorite spot. It opened up doors to people to relax and disconnect that wouldn't otherwise see the opportunity. We will go again this fall, and we will probably have a few friends happily in the glamping cabins.

Yes I had neighbors who were a little loud during set up, teenage boys and a younger sister who liked to scream a little too much while playing. But once she settled down, peace resumed. I went in February on a Cloudy night which meant only a few stars could be seen but I would love to return when the Milky Way is visible. It truly is in the middle of nowhere, make sure you take enough food and drinks for your stay, but just to unplug from all of the craziness for a little while was fabulous. The tent was spotlessly clean and well thought out, the nearby bathrooms were also exceptionally clean.

This gate used to be open for residents to get to the racetrack for events year round. Disabled…read morepeople with golf carts could gain access to the racetrack using the road you see beyond the gate. The only time this gate is open now is during the 12 Hours of Sebring. There are dozens of other races that people in the adjacent neighborhood would like to attend utilizing this access point. However, the Management of the Airport close and lock the gate. It would be nice if the 'powers that be' would open the gate during every event. It also sounds like the airport authority and the Spring Lake Improvement District are having a battle over storm water runoff, and the only people who are suffering are the residents of Spring Lake. Not cool.
