I called the 1015 Flatbush ave ranbowshop to ask a question. I'm disabled and I wanted to kno if they carry a plain white tee w/ v neck. The woman that picked up was very rude and disrespectful! I told her that I'm disabled and I live around the corner from them. I didn't want to take a cab around the corner if they didn't have the shirt. I asked can she look for it and she told me that she couldn't. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me he was busy. When I first got on the phone and told her the situation she had me on hold and another woman was saying in aggravated tone that she doesn't know if they have them and she wasn't concerned. The lady comes back on the phone and said they couldn't located it because she was behind the register. They didn't care that I said I was disabled. All they heard was I wanted them to look and see if they in fact had it. She also said they may have it. Now for those that are not familiar with rainbow, I want you to kno a few thing. Rainbow shop is not like ' macys'. It's ground level and most of the time, their not too busy. Their clothes are cheap and the store it self is not that big. I thought to myself "maybe they don't do things like that..as far as letting you know what they carry or let you kno if they have a certain item in a certain size, color, pattern etc. so maybe I was asking for too much. I do a lot of online shopping and I definely have to sometimes call the company/store for certain questions I may have. I have NEVER had a experience like I had with rainbow. I did call the main line and filed a complaint. I made sure to ask the person that pick up " do you guy help ppl on the phone to find a certain item for its size, color etc" she told me yes! We do give info on a certain item that your looking for on the phone. So I told her THANKYOU! I thought I was going crazy for a minute and she ressured me that I'm not asking for something out of the ordinary. These women in this rainbow(1015 Flatbush ave) are heartless and do not care about their customers. BE AWARE! These employees and mangement are very content with their sales and customers! Their not looking to be the best! They don't give a sh@t! Now I see why they don't really have a lot money and their not bother by it. Please don't expect them to treat you with respect because they won't! I will not be buying anything for them again..this was a emgergncy item. Like the saying goes " you get what you paid for"! Neimus Marcus , Bloomingdales, saks, Nordstrom etc will never treat you like that bcuz they actually care about the money and reputation!
