Once again, another great experience picking up an online order from this store. This time around was even better than my previous visit because there weren't any mishaps. I was able to call the store and confirm my order was in stock and ready to be picked up. Bonus - it was ready days before the estimated time of arrival. Parking was crazy, but it's Jersey Gardens, that's to be expected. However, I do love how the store is conveniently close to the entrance/exit by the movie theater. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and assisted by a kind gentleman wearing a headset. No more than 5 minutes later, I was handed my purchase. It was a breeze! No chaos, no fuss. read more

I visit this store periodically because I have family that are adidas fans. The staff are very nice. It!s hit or miss but you can find good deals on really nice stuff if you take your time to look. The selection is better certain days the week. read more

Nice store . Less crowded than Nike .. but not much of sale on good stuff . Really good t shirts don't go for less . They had Man U originals but again - no discounts . As most of reviews below me state; this particular store is in disarray. It's difficult to find items in the store. The front part is clothing as you proceed towards the back, it's where the sneakers are- that area is hazardous. Sneakers everywhere, and I never see any employee back there cleaning or assisting customers. On my last visit, I was actually able to find some things at 30% off. I'm sure I could have found more, but people were clogging the aisles and many of the shelves were bare. I can't even say the store has potential because of how disorganized the store is. The employee who assured me with my purchase was courteous, but management or corporate should implement some changes here ASAP! read more

This is a really good Adidas Outlet. The option of sneakers was good, the variety of clothes was good and the prices and sales were great. The customer service was also really good. The prices on some of their items were kind of high, therefore make sure you know you're getting a good deal when you're shopping around. I am a huge Adidas fan and I have found this outlet to be the best by far of all of the Adidas outlets. The selection is always more extensive than the others. I don't pay too much attention to the clothing, more the sneakers, especially the originals. I got a pair of $100 tubular viral sneakers in indigo for $25 and a pair of stunning Hamburgs recently that they haven't even released in Europe (Mineral blue) for $42, they are $100 if I buy them online. This is a typical outlet, go with an open mind and you can find some real gems. Lately I've even seen Stan Smiths ($69.99-30% off) and Superstars ($80-30% off) in the foundation colors. Most of the shoes, even the expensive styles are going to come in below $50, to me that's reason enough to go. I find the sales associates to be a mixed bag. They are either impressive and highly professional or indifferent, just trying to get through the shift. Since I don't need much help this has never been a hindrance and the store is a high volume store, it can't be easy working there. The lines can be long to pay but they have a system to get you through the line as fast as possible (one bagging, one ringing) This outlet is not to be missed. read more

I would rate this zero stars if possible. I think this mall has terrible customer service all around except for Abercrombie Kids. Otherwise everyone in this mall needs to be fired and a whole new employees hiring process needs to be done. The amount of attitudes I have encountered throughout this mall is unbelievable. Terrible! Do not waste your time going to this adidas location. They falsely advertise their sneakers at a certain price and then don't honor it at the cash register. Same goes with gift cards and coupons. Not only is it embarrassing but it's not right and actually illegal. Their merchandise is all mixed up and all over the place and the customer service is horrendous! The management is rude and disgusting. The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I was purchasing two pairs of runners and when we walked over to the till to pay for the items the girl on the till barked at us to go to another till which had no member of staff on it. After walking over to the identified area another girl came over from the floor with her phone in her hand and whilst serving us. The shop floor was a mess and the other staff members knew nothing about the shoes they sold. I would be loath to set foot in this place again read more

One of the sad Adidas stores I ever saw. They offer great prices, but the options are very limited, even for an outlet. They barely even carry the classics 3 stripes Adidas running shoes. You need to be lucky to come on the right day and on the right time to find something. I LOVE Adidas, I will choose their products before any other brand name, and of course before Nike (Minus the running shoes;) That is the reason why I got little disappointed to find the selection this store offer. This is supposed to be an outlet so one would assume adidas items at a discounted price correct? Wrong! They sold super star sneakers at $80 which costs the same at the foot locker. The items were clearly from an older season that did not sell well. Not to mention, the price tags were a bit obscured. The discounted items and regular price items were mixed in together. There were items under a 30 percent off signs but the employee told me some were 30 percent off and some weren't. How am I supposed to know which one is which?! So I'm supposed to find out once I get to the register?! Some discounted signs had selected styles printed in minuscule letters underneath. The place was just a big mess. They only had two dressing room. I couldn't even try on my clothes in peace without hearing a lady moaning and crying about how long she's been waiting to try on her clothes. I will not be coming back here. I'd rather buy my clothes at regular price or online to save me the trouble. read more

The worse staff ever. I placed an order online; because I wasn't sure about my size I ordered the same sneakers in two different sizes. I went to the store located at Jersey Gardens mall to ask them to please recommend which ones I should keep and to return the other ones. Its hard for me to buy shoes because seems my feet are two different sizes. Anyway, while I was making my return I realized that the sneakers that I got for $69 online were there for $27 dollars. Because they were still new and with the box I asked the cashier if it was possible to get them for that price, the cashier answered me no. Then I told her that it wasn't fair. I asked if it was possible to return them and re-buy them again and she started to make fun of me. She behaved like the rudest cashier I ever met in my life. I felt so mistreated. This lady if we can call her that was screaming at me in front of everybody. I had to ask to the person that was doing the line to pay behind me to please buy them for me because they didn't allow me to buy them again. Unbelievable!!! I left the store feeling so upset and unhappy because I buy stuff there all the time and after having this experience I don't ever want to go back. At the end I realized this cashier who's name was Jennifer was probably just a frustrated person that is very unhappy with her job and her life and doesn't care about mistreating people in life.
