Upon inquiring, Nick graciously said he would sell the pot to us as it was no longer available and it was unknown when another delivery would be made from that particular distributor (if ever as it came from China). I drive up from San Diego to buy from them, it's very worthwhile for their discounted prices. We landscaped our entire yard with beautiful succulents, agaves, and various trees from RZ. I've never seen such a wide variety of trees in one garden center. So many fruit trees, shade trees, ornamentals, palms... anything that grows well in this region. What I love is they have so many trees in pots, not just huge boxes, which are lower priced and easier to transport. They have a couple employees there at a time, so it helps if you know what you want and are willing to walk around and find things on your own. However they are super nice and helpful, especially if it's not too busy. Weekdays are the best days to come. For larger plants or trees they have you tie their tape around the ones you choose, and they will retrieve and load them up for you. I had looked everywhere for Melaleuca paperbark trees and was so happy to find them at RZ, for an amazing price. I also bought a pomegranate and a beautiful bottlebrush tree. And bonus, some Brazilian blue sage plants I've never seen anywhere else. We spent a fraction of what we'd spend for plants like these at the expensive chain garden centers. They now take credit cards! I highly recommend RZ.

Horrible, unprofessional. I was scheduled for Friday (today) with dispatch "Chris" who was suppose…read moreto get back to me before today with an ETA. Waited all morning / early afternoon, no call. I called them to get a ETA. "Chris" stated he didn't have my boulder on the truck today for delivery, and I would need to reschedule for next Tuesday. This is after I took off work, hired two men to my home to lay a firm bed of soul for the boulder. Requested to speak to a SUP, and was given multiple excuses that all the SUP were unavailable and in meetings ( apparently all day) After demaning someone in higher authority call me, a clueless guy called me back from dispatch "Dave" that wasn't a SUP that had nothing better to do than argue with me on what was their disfunction scheduling, and told me the crain operator was out today. Apparently they don't get their stories straight. After well deserved chose words to "Dave" he hung up on me, in which I called back and spoke to the VP on how much this day has cost me and I could not take off another day from my job. They dropped the ball on me. The outcome was the VP stated she was sorry, and they would learn from the situation and do better and do I want to refund. lolol After purchasing 2 boulders from them in the past and planning on purchasing 2 additional boulders which would have been over $2,000 w/ crain service it's evident they don't need my money nor my business, and I plan on shopping elsewhere.
