Him and the GSP were joking and laughing while we were standing in the rain waiting for our car to get hooked up. The whole ride to the tow yard he was sarcastic and unhelpful on our next steps. He acted like it was such an inconvenience that I asked for the address of the tow yard. Once at the tow yard he never mentioned a thing of what to do next, just dumped us off basically so we had to ask all the questions while he remained sarcastic and laughing at us.

Not only did Tactical Towing load our vehicle onto the back of its bed and take it to our repair location of choice, but they also have extended cab trucks so that passengers can ride along with their vehicle. Our home was en route to where our vehicle was being repaired, so he dropped off my wife and son with our luggage, before traveling on. So grateful that they pay the extra insurance that they can, and are willing, to do what they did. While the tow was paid for through our insurance, his pricing is lower than other services but they offer more. No doubt they are the best value within a 100 mile radius. There was no better ending to a blown tire event.
