Sarah didn't try to sell me anything but took the time to listen to my goals and unique concerns before recommending a solution. In follow-up email conversations, she clearly answered my questions and always responded quickly. My second favorite thing about this firm is that their pricing is reasonable and clearly communicated. Whether a la carte services or a package bundle, Sarah shared pricing with me in the very first email exchange. It is difficult enough to find businesses that specializes in the LGBT Family Services but when you go as far as to advertise it and then drop the ball it is really disheartening because it is not like we have an unlimited amount of specialty businesses to pull from.
