The race was a few months out, but I knew I wouldn't be able to successfully complete my training plan without addressing this flare up early on. Dan and Bill did a tremendous job of assessing my movement patterns and getting me back on track for both running and weightlifting, identifying weakness and determining what we needed to work on to resolve the patterns resulting in hip irritation. They both took the time to independently assess me, to ensure they were both seeing the same thing and could recommend a course of action. Bill gave me a set of exercise to strengthen my glutes, and did a great job explaining the logic and intended outcome of each exercise.
