I was emailed intake forms to fill out beforehand which was convenient. Once there, the therapist listened to my issues, did some testing, then had me do some recommended stretches. He told me that the rehab would be a 6-month process. The surgery went well. I used the Seven Fields Tri-State location for my physical therapy. Ben was the primary PT that arranged the proper exercises in stages. He also did a prolonged stretch-out of the shoulder after each visit. My insurance made me stop the therapy after 4 months. Ben gave me additional exercises to work into at home. Fortunately, I have rubber pulleys, dumb bells, etc. When Ben wasn't available I had Alex and Caitlyn sub in. The 3 assistants, Alexis, Sarah and Ali were great. They set up the equipment, observed that the exercises were done properly, and gave great moral support. Note: this was my third operation by Tri-State physicians. I had a full hip replacement done 20 years ago and a fusing of 3 vertebrae done 5 years ago. I am 69 years young. I bike, use the treadmill and elliptical, shoot basketball, play pickleball, wash and wax my vehicles, all without discomfort. Kudos to Tri-State!
