Attempted to try this place this morning. Walked in (no hello welcome) two other people waiting on line. Two young ladies working on one order. Paying attn to the line although not acknowledging anyone waiting on it or anyone else waking in the doors. After 5 mins I decided to leave, they were not at all motivated to get anyone's orders. While leaving I overheard someone say "they don't even realize how long it's going to take to get their food/drinks" so glad I left because I didn't have that kind of time was rushing to get to work. The food was above average I have been here 12 times, and I got a free acia bowl because you can get credits whenever you buy something to eat. I recoment the asia bowls. It has a room which you can reserve very business-like with clear windows so everyone can see what your party is up too. They have more than just açaí though. I was surprised to see how many different acai,pita ya, and coconut bowls they had.. but overall I think I would come here for a coffee break or very small fresh date. My bowl was very fresh and enjoyable I had gotten the I love acaI and the Nutella was a big surprise and great twist! The bowls in relation to other acai joints was quite pricey. I would like to see a child's changing table put in. Itt was quite inconvenient for me since I had brought my son and he needed to be changed. This place tried to be trendy and healthy, but those two qualities were mutually with Raining Berries. I'm from Saint Pete, so perhaps I was holding it to an unfair standard. However, Chocolate chips are never an OK substitute for cacao nibs. And if we're talking health food, you cannot use Jif in your bowls. It was nasty, and I'm not sure if I finished it. Upon entering I am disappointed to report one glaring issue. There were so many flies! I usually love coming here I've been getting the same exact order for about 2 years now it's become my favorite treat but there has been a newer employee that I have seen the past couple times I've come in in the past few months. She has ruined my entire experience with what used to be my favorite place I don't know her name but she is an attitude filled teenager with brown hair. She has not only given me attitude every time I come in but other patrons as well as other employees (which is beyond unprofessional) she messes up my order every single time I come in then gives me attitude about it after as well as at the cash register while I order. She has talked down on me and overcharged me whenever she rings me up I have been getting the same thing for 2 years I know the order by now and she rings it in differently every time. Amazing new place! Not only is it a very cute trendy place, the food is super good. The employees were very welcoming and kind enough to show me around the menu, even going on to the length of letting me try samples of some of the items.
