The ambiance and atmosphere is so beautiful and the music is cute! Im a sucker for a good aesthetic to go with great drinks! I had the Dubai chocolate latte and it was to die for! Service was friendly, and they took their time to get my order correct! I'll definitely come back just for the vibes, not just drinks! It's a great place to unwind and relax

Raining Berries never disappoints! Love this new location. Enjoy the decor, the dining area, sitting area and the meeting room. I enjoyed the eggocado toast and a hot vanilla latte. Everything was delicious! The music and the staff was also great!

I stopped by Raining Berries and was helped by Juan, who was friendly and efficient--great customer service goes a long way! I ordered a coffee with one sweetener, which was made just the way I like it. I also tried one of their açaí bowls topped with blueberries, strawberries, coconut flakes, and sliced almonds. It was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Everything tasted high-quality and refreshing. The décor is modern, bright, and inviting--perfect for relaxing with a drink or catching up with friends. The atmosphere had a clean, vibrant vibe that made the whole experience even better. I was also pleased to see the Yelp badge clearly displayed, which made it easy to check in for my Elite experience--no issues at all! The service was quick, the space was welcoming, and I'll definitely be back.

Friendly staff, patient with made to order options...inside is very clean and attractive. Spinach egg white wrap was tasty and good for portion control.

First off, can we talk about how cute this place is?? I ordered the chocolate peanut butter smoothie, and it was absolutely amazing! The service was great and the inside was very clean. I would not mind going back at all and trying some of their other menu items.

Just updating my review. I use to frequent this place a lot but lately the lattes have tasted burnt and they've recently forgotten to make my food (it was busy so no biggie). They have a cool lunch special now - 2 items normally açaí bowl or some sort of hot item with a coffee or smoothie for $13. Great deal but half way through my bowl, pulled out a long piece of hair that was in the half frozen açaí. Huge turn off so not sure if I'll actually be back.

The raining berries yelp elite experience was so seamless and easy to understand the offerings for the Yelp Elites. They had a guest list with my name on it so I felt like I was truly entitled to the experience. (This makes me feel more legitimate to walk up and ask for free items). The raining berries bowl was super fresh and delicious and a perfect balance of crunchy, sweet, and natural sweetness from the berries. Blueberries, strawberries, and bananas are some of my fruits so this bowl was perfect for me. My matcha latte was also a great and not overly sweet drink that paired with the sweet bowl very well.

All of your troubles go away once you walk into Raining Berries Westchase! I love the modern look and they have plenty of photo ops and even some working areas and conference room for those who work from home. My latte was made very quickly and didn't have to wait at all. I like my coffee on the sweeter side and they had no problem adding more sweetener when I asked. Will definitely be back to try their many food options

I love the look of the whole store it's always so gorgeous to walk into. Their menu options are amazing as well plenty of breakfast and lunch options along with smoothies, coffees, AND tea. I've tried most options and can say their coffee is delicious and so is their smoothies! The reese's cookie is a must try as well especially since they warm it up before giving it to you. Everyday is different service wise. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes and one time i waited for an hour (short staffed). Still my go to caprese sandwich was definitely worth it.

This is our local spot for acai bowls - we love the "build your own" options with different bases and all of the fruit and topping options we could possibly want. The serving portions are great for the price. The staff is always friendly. The aesthetic is super cute with the big flower wall that says "kiss my acai" - great for pics. They keep the tables and everything clean as well, it's always been very tidy and well kept every time we've been here.

Pretty place and friendly staff although not greeted when we entered. There was actually nobody there when we entered which was ok because it took us a bit to look at the menu. They did appear from the back and were friendly in taking our orders and bringing out to us once ready. Plenty of tables and seats available to enjoy your items there. They also have a meeting room that can be reserved and is free to do so. My daughter got the acai bowl, hubs and I got smoothies and daughter's friend got a grilled cheese. The acai bowl and grilled cheese were great. The smoothies lacked being smoothies. They were more like juices. I think they needed more ice to make them thicker. Love that their smoothies are not made with sugar however in my opinion I'd want it to be thicker. My daughter does prefer their acai bowls over any other place we've been.

I get dragged aloing top these places my daughter wants to go. They aren't always bad though. This place is tucked into a little plaza next to a Sprouts and is modernly decorated with an office type vibe. It even has a pseudo meeting/conference room (assuming it's for parties or private events). There are tables, chairs, and couches to lounge and use while you enjoy whatever you get. The menu is on video screens on the wall (by the way you cannot read it if your glasses are polarized!) and is pretty straightforward. There are bowls, smoothies, teas, kombucha, and a selection of food like grilled cheese, waffles, and other breakfast type foods. The employee who took our order was courteous and prompt and she brought our order to us where we were sitting and waiting. I ended up geting the berry nutty, which is a smoothie with strawberries, bananas, peanut butter, agave, and almond milk. I'll probably try a berry bomb or passion berry next time. The peanut butter was overwhelming in this one and made for a smoothie that was too thick for my taste. Otherwise, it actually tasted prttty good. There are so many plces to choose from to get smoothies, teas, and such...but Raining Berries seems like it would be a good choice and I'd go back.

What a beautiful place! Raining Berries is a chain that's been popping up all over Tampa Bay, and understandably so. We already had great acai bowl and smoothie places, but this is definitely a unique spot with a ton of offerings and a super trendy, "Instagrammable" vibe. There's even a large conference room available for use at this location, 90 minutes free! My friend wanted to get an acai bowl, but wasn't sure which base to get. The boy at the counter (unfortunately I didn't catch his name) offered her to taste each base option individually! He was extremely friendly and helpful. She ended up getting half acai and half coconut (the coconut was amazing - I tasted them all too). I got the Dragon Blast smoothie (Pitaya, Pineapple, Strawberries, Banana, Coconut Water) and it was nice and refreshing. There are some cute photo ops in this location and lots of seating options.

We chose to sit on the patio and waited for nearly 30 minutes without a single employee checking on our table. The line inside was all the way to the door, so at first we assumed someone would eventually come by, take our order, or at least acknowledge us. Instead, we watched multiple tables on both sides of us receive service while our table was completely ignored. Eventually, we ordered through the QR code on the menu. What wasn't clear is that QR code orders are apparently treated exactly like takeout orders. When our first item was ready, it was handed to us in a plastic container inside a bag. We explained that we were dining in, not taking food to go. I specifically asked a staff member named Graham if the remaining 3 dishes could simply be served on regular plates. He told me "that wasn't possible and that QR code orders automatically come in to-go containers". That explanation made very little sense considering we were sitting at a table in the restaurant. A few minutes later, one of my friends flagged down another server, who had no issue arranging for the food to be served on actual plates. That inconsistency was honestly mind-blowing. To make things even stranger, one coffee arrived in a ceramic mug while the rest came in disposable to-go cups. Nothing about the service felt organized or logical. As for the food, it was fine. Not bad, but nothing particularly memorable or worth making a special trip for. Given that I drove about an hour and paid tolls to visit, I definitely won't be making that drive again. I understand places get busy, but basic service still matters. If you're asking customers to tip when ordering through a QR code, serving dine-in food on actual plates instead of plastic takeout containers doesn't seem like an unreasonable expectation. There are simply too many other coffee shops with better service for me to return. 3 stars because the atmosphere was decent and the food was okay, but the service was disappointing from start to finish.

It's a fun mix of neighborhood moms with strollers-people stopping on the way to or from work-and a few remote work workers-who thrive in the happy buzz of a booming business. To the right when you walk in: coffee, tea and sweet and/or savory small bites. There's bench seating along the wall, several small tables and two little couches in the middle. It's busy, but the skilled baristas keep things moving. On this most recent trip, I tried the ube matcha-my first. I liked it! Ok, we were ready to try this sandwich that looked amazing on the site. HUGE disappointment! At first we thought it was moldy. There was so much pesto spread on it that it was oozing & the sandwich was soggy. My dog wouldn't even eat it, he turned his nose up at it. The rye bread did not taste like any rye bread I've ever tasted & it's one of my favorite bread choices. I tried to eat it but it was soggy gross I had to toss this $18 sandwich. It did not come with any side or chips either. So I figured may as well eat that lemon cake. It looked good too. Wrong! How do you mess up lemon cake? The icing was like glue but gritty like raw sugar. I took the icing off & the cake itself wasn't too bad but for the price, I could get a better one in the reach in case at 7-11. It was that bad. Then, the brownie... really thought it would taste like cheesecake or chocolate cheesecake... I'm not sure what cream cheese they used but it must of been rotten. It was so sour we couldn't even eat it. I'm not sure what is up with this place but I can not recommend anything from here. The coffee looked so good too, I am glad I did not fall for those pictures because it would have likely been just as gross as the rest. Their prices are high & quality is very low.
