I had removed all of the existing ductwork, so I was expecting the quote to be very expensive. The Foreman came to give the estimate. He agreed I needed new a/c but said the existing furnace was not very old and could be saved. He could easily have sold me a new furnace, but he was honest and that saved me a ton of money. The quote for the a/c unit, condenser, and ductwork was very reasonable. They sent over the installers as soon as I was ready for them. The two young men doing the work were so nice to work with. They explained everything they were doing, and answered all of my questions. Their work was incredibly neat. The existing furnace looks brand new and the new ductwork is so clean looking and neatly installed. It looks amazing. I am extremely happy with the results and will definitely call Omega for my future HVAC needs.

I've heard wild stories about how expensive the repair could be and I was dreading calling anyone. All the recent rain and street flooding that had our meter under water for an extended time caused some soil expansion and thus cracked the pvc pipe. My boss recommended Drain King and they came by and got the leak fixed in under two hours...one of the few reasons to thank soggy soil...it's easier to dig. The fellow fixed the pipe with higher quality parts than were in the ground in the first place and made efforts to keep the housing of the meter off the pipes themselves. All said and done I was ecstatic at the cost of the repair and the thoroughness of the work done. I have found my plumbing company!

We called at 1pm and they gave us a same day appointment and a time frame of when to expect them to arrive, within hours. They arrived on time, calling 10 minutes prior to showing up. They didn't hook up the exhaust properly, which caused monoxide poisoning over the last two winters. Our boys were having headaches and we couldn't figure out why. They did come out to fix it to be fair but only because I was really pissed. The most recent visit, they found the capacitor was bad. They charged us $370 to replace it and then said they would blow out the drain line while they're there just for good measure. Finally today, our other unit stopped blowing cold air. I reached out to them but they were more concerned about charging me a trip fee plus service even though we've been a good customer for 10 years. I definitely will not have them over anymore, especially after the safety of my family was in jeopardy, much less recommend them.
