All the recent rain and street flooding that had our meter under water for an extended time caused some soil expansion and thus cracked the pvc pipe. My boss recommended Drain King and they came by and got the leak fixed in under two hours...one of the few reasons to thank soggy soil...it's easier to dig. The fellow fixed the pipe with higher quality parts than were in the ground in the first place and made efforts to keep the housing of the meter off the pipes themselves. All said and done I was ecstatic at the cost of the repair and the thoroughness of the work done. I have found my plumbing company!

He explained things to us to our understanding better than any of the past servicemen who had ever been here before. We now actually, understand how it works. I let the crew know the other side was open tp get the ditchwitch in. They picked the closest gate. The ditchwitch couldn't make the turn through the gate. After several minutes they gave up and when around the house. They had already pushed the post out. This knocked the gate out of alignment. I talked to Robert to president of Generator Supercenter. He came to look at the gate and said they would take care of it. They scheduled a time to come by for the repair. It was a no show. I called and was told the crew was tied up on another job and would reschedule at another time. I called after waiting 45 minutes and they showed up 30 minutes later. Neither one of the two guys knew a thing about how to fix a fence. They said this is going to take longer than an hour and they needed to install another generator somewhere else. They agreed to come by on Tuesday the next week. I called on Monday to verify and the date was changed to Thursday. I had taken the day off on Tuesday. All I got was the run around. I ended up going to Lowe's and getting the materials and doing it myself. Only took 2 1/2 hours picking everything up to putting my tools away. The install was fine, they just don't show up on the agreed schedule. They show up when they want to.

When I contacted two other companies they said that the two items replaced should take no more than 15 mins. Fast forward and we get this bill for $386.93 which included an additional 1 hour labor charge of $198???? The tech was here for an hour working (we have cameras that can confirm) then we saw him sitting in our garage on his cell phone, supposedly writing up a report. We feel this is overcharge of $198.00 and should be refunded otherwise their $90 *Special* is false advertising! Red's used to be a great AC company when the original owner was running the company and he was an honest and reputable person. The quality of his workmanship was what made him the 'go to company' for AC maintenance. He had a great reputation and everyone trusted his workmanship. However, when he retired and passed on the business it has changed and it's no longer about integrity and good customer service! I will no longer use them for any AC maintenance and would not recommend them!

It seems to me that they could not give me a good explanation. I reheard and found out that the job ranged from $375 to $700. and some as little as $150. If your have repair work only, I would inquire what the cost per hour for labor. for that job and how long it would take. I wonder how many other customers that they did the same thing of over charging. There is only one reason they have no hourly rate, so they can charge any amount.
