I'm stuck on this rating. I like the option for having a detailing but the management of their services leave a lot to be desired. I'm currently watching my car sit there unclean as cars who arrived after mine get cleaned because there is no rhyme or reason to the order they clean them in. I've been waiting an hour, the lady getting done has been waiting 30mins. And my car is still 3-4 cars away from being done. Price is comparable to service, but organization is needed. read more

I arrived at 11:35 a.m. on Thursday and paid for an interior and exterior wash. It is now 1:25 p.m., and although the facility is not busy, my vehicle has not yet been serviced. Cars continue to be moved around without any clear order, resulting in an unnecessarily long wait and an inefficient process. Additionally, as a courtesy to the owner of the red Ford F-150 EcoBoost, I observed that a rough brush was used on your truck, which may be a concern depending on your preferences for paint care. Went to this car wash today to get my truck washed and I put my money in my center console, locked it with my keys and when the truck was returned to me, my money was gone. The person who drove my truck into the automatic wash or the one who drove it out, unlocked my center console and stole my cash. I made a formal complaint to the manager who informed me this has been an ongoing problem and other customers have reported similar situations. This happened today so I will write a follow up if there ever is one from the management but I'm not holding my breath. read more

Came in a Monday morning at 9am. Left at 10am!!! Short staffed, facility is dirty with trash, weeds growing, checkout counter areas ceiling tile stained and missing. Final cleanup staff using the SAME towel to clean windows, dash and sensitive infotainment screen (leaving scratches). This place needs a wash to itself. If this place last another six months. Ill be really surprised. I will never return. Avoid at all costs. read more

I was pretty disappointed with the quality of the car wash. The interior clearly wasn't vacuumed properly there were crumbs and debris left all over the floors and seats. I came to this car wash to have my 2500 Chevy truck hand washed.. I specifically instructed to the worker that I wanted the rain tree special (HAND WASHED) he informed me that it would be an extra $25 added to the total cost I acknowledged that.. as I sat inside the establishment I notice my truck going thru the car wash with the the car wash wipers hitting the side of my truck.. I was beyond upset! Asked the employee at the front if that was considered a HAND WASH.. she replied "no" I informed her that my truck was going thru the automated car wash.. and that I would like a a refund! She refund my money.. but now that I am disgruntled, not happy with the quality of car wash.. seriously hoping that there's no damage or micro scratches due to the automated car wash service .. if you get a car wash at this establishment and request a hand wash and be cognizant and aware of where your vehicle is at and if it is being done because you may be overcharged for service that you will not receive.. if I didn't catch it, I would've overpaid. I inspected my truck to notice that there was micro scratches that the mirrors were tampered beforehand of the automatic car wash one pet peeve of mine is if you don't know what you're doing ask the owner.. I'm assuming they were attempting to fold the driver and passenger side mirrors but extended it as well. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS CAR WASH IF YOU HAVE A NEW VEHICLE AND CARE ABOUT YOUR PAINT. I arrived at about 10:30 on a Wednesday morning. I waited about 10 minutes for an employee to finally come talk to me, only to find out that it would be at least a 45 minute wait until they even started in my car. That's ridiculous. read more

First time I've been here in well over a decade. Thought I'd treat my new car to a detail. Bad decision to come here. I did service #3 plus tip which cost me $50 total. Service 3 includes exterior wash, interior vacuum, interior wipe down, window washing, wax, wheel dressing. The leather seats still had footprints on them , there was dust on the dash board, dirt on the floor mats. AND it took them 45 minutes to give it back to me in THAT condition. Wtf were you doing with it for 45 minutes??? Because you weren't cleaning it. Literally got it home, got out my own car cleaning supplies and spent 15 minutes wiping everything down and finish vacuuming. Oh and the place itself is very dirty, run down, and understaffed. Beware!!! Their machine breaks cars! I never write reviews, but I must warn you all about this place. New ownership took place and is completely dishonest! They have a sign up that says you must take off your antenna and that they are not responsible for the damage of the antenna. My antenna cap is non-removable (like most cars these days)!! Unless it gets broken off from the screws by a very aggressive car wash machine apparently! I've never had a car wash machine do this before! They were bickering about something and I saw them show the owner, so she was aware. They used office tape to stick the broken piece of my antenna cap together and then just placed it over my antenna thinking I'd be dumb enough not to notice? All I did was lift it up in front of them and showed them that not only was the cap itself broken, but it was broken completely off my car as well! The worker took this opportunity to ask if I had a boyfriend. I guess he couldn't help his creepy self. So, I took it in to show the owner, and let her know about the situation. She just repeated what her little sign says. No apology or anything from anyone. So not only were they dishonest about it, but they didn't even apologize. It's disgusting and screams money hungry. This place is not worth a penny. The machine also broke the mirror off the old man's truck next to me!! Poor guy was worried about how to make it home safely. I guess this car wash has a reputation of breaking car parts! On top of that, I specially asked if my door jams could be wiped and my rims be scrubbed. They said they could do it and left it all dirty! Not to mention the water spots! Why such harsh water spots?! I'm so surprised that places like this exist. I've never had a more horrible experience before. Had there been transparency about this situation from the start, I think I could be more forgiving, but this is just so disappointing. I arrived at 7:45. I was the second person here. By 9am I was totally frustrated and mad. They had no one drying the cars. No staff. At 9:05 one employee showed up. 3 cars got fed up and left without getting the service they paid for. I asked for a refund. Nope. No refunds. I purchased the car club luxury wash. It includes 5 washes per month any car that yo own. The price is $114, saving the customer money. They find you by phone number. The cars were vacuumed very well, perfectly clean. The ladies who dry the cars and clean the wheels and tires did a great job. I would recommend this business to friends and family. read more

This worker came out and told the guy they aren't opening until 9. He went to walk by me without saying anything until I rolled my window down.
