Same day service the owner and was able to get me in immediately. He gave me an amazing quote/deal, washed my car and waxed it and was a better price than I was quoted at a different detailing company without the wash and wax. I called to make another appointment because I had such a good experience the first time. The day of the appointment no one showed up. I called and was informed they know longer do mobile detailing, but are based in Yuba now. Why wasn't I informed when I made the appointment? I did state I was a previous customer when I made the appointment. They knew they used to be a mobile detailer. Detail Pros did an AMAZING job on mine and my husbands car. My husbands car had dried mud from being previously flooded on the inside and it is now spotless! My car had dog hair and was the basic messy mom car from kids & dogs. It now looks like it did the day I bought it. One of the best decisions ever! 8 years of nastiness gone in a couple hours. Ken did a great job on the interior of our daughter's car, Humphrey. Teenagers have been driving it for the last 2.5 years and it was pretty gross. Coffee, soda, food, and dirt were permeated into the carpets and seats. When my daughter saw the finished car, she said "it's like a brand new car!". He also did a great job on the exterior...poor Humphrey has had a few bang ups but the wax job has him shiny again. I must say that I'm truly impressed by the work Ken (owner) did on my car. Owning a black car is no joke. I thought i knew what I was getting myself into when I purchased it, but i was wrong. I had a hard time with all the swirl marks and superficial scratches that were on the car when I purchased it. Previous owner lived in the city and it definitely reflected in the condition of the paint. I found this service on yelp about a week ago. I gave them a call and arranged for an appointment. I have had them out 2 times, and both jobs were great. However, had them scheduled for Feb-16 and Ken never showed up. Called and scheduled for Jun-5. Just wanted to write a quick review of Detail Pros. I tend to simply use the automatic car washes to keep my car clean as it is just a way to get from place to place, but decided to go get it detailed and WOW Ken did a great job! I ended up dropping it off early and we looked at the car and discussed what needed to be done and when I came back to pick it up, it looked amazing! Ken and his wife were very easy to work with and he did a great job. I would say you should give him a try before you spend more money on less from a bigger business. read more

He was running a little late today but sent me a text to let me know so no big. After looking my car over he told me what he could do and how much it would cost to remove water spotting and swirl marks. After spending 3 hours polishing and cleaning my car she looks fantastic.
