I asked the nice older lady about the arrangements, price and types of flowers included. I found a bouquet of pure stargazers that was available, which is actually really cool because I wanted stargazers included in the arrangement, so finding it was pretty cool. It was 80 plus tax. Once again, this small neighborhood florist has exceeded my expectations. Often when flowers are ordered online at other places, what arrives looks nothing like what was ordered. The flowers I sent to my wife for our 50th anniversary from Raintree looked just like the photo I saw, only more beautiful. My wife said they were the prettiest ereearrangement that she had ever received. A neighbor came by, and was struck by how pretty the flowers were. This place smells heavenly. We came here as a result of searching for a flower shop on a Sunday night at 6pm. Although yelp said they where open, when we got there we found the store to be closed. The employee there unlocked the door and invited us to come in after seeing our faces of disappointment through the glass door. Despite the fact that it was after hour for her, she was helpful, full of helpful suggestions and helped us put together a beautiful bouquet with flowers we picked together. Ordered a flower arrangement online for Mother's Day and even ordered the "deluxe" version of the arrangement and it looked so skimpy... the picture online looked like the arrangement was filled with baby roses so i figured ordering the deluxe version would create an even fuller look. They ended up putting some scattered full size roses in the place of baby roses making the arrangement look bare. And the way the flowers were arranged was not very tasteful- there was no organization. Sadly, won't be ordering from them again... read more

I walked around the store looking for an arrangement that caught my eye in my price range. Although there were a number of beautiful arrangements, I didn't see quite what I was looking for in my price range. The lady asked if she could help me and I described what I wanted. HORRIBLE flowers and Customer Service. My aunt and uncle sent me a dozen long stemmed roses to my hotel room while I was taking the CA bar exam. They were dead within 3 days. I called and the mean Asian lady who answered the phone was rude and obnoxious and refused to exchange the flowers. I am going to tell everyone I know to stay away from this florist. read more

I called to order a funeral arrangement called the generous spirit heart they lady was nice when I asked for the total she seemed confused and said she would text it to me... after a few hours I called back for the total and she said she was busy but would text it right away I said ok that I needed it because a group of us would be sharing the cost the next day still no text. Then when I get to the funeral service I see the flowers and it wasn't a heart it was a spray when i asked for the heart and she even repeated what I had ordered to me. I was disappointed. I was tasked with ordering flowers for work, and specifically white and purple ones. I could have gone with florists that I've used in the past, but this was for an important event and everyone at work was chipping in so I figured it was best if I could send them a visual of what it was I was going to order beforehand. I found a bouquet that matched what we wanted on 1-800-flowers and searched for the nearest florist that worked with them -- turns out it was Raintree Flowers. I called in the afternoon and let the lady know what bouquet I was looking at, and that I needed it 11am the next day. No problem. So I went by this morning to pick it up, and it looked just like the picture! Probably even better! It was definitely larger than the measurements that were given online, and I was extremely pleased. The lady of the shop was super nice to me and told me now to best carry it and helped me set it up in my car so that it wouldn't move around. She had several smaller arrangements on display and all her flowers looked super fresh. The scent was so heavenly and perfumed my whole car, even though I took it out after I got back to work, when I left today, my car still smelled oh so nice. This is probably the most impressive bouquet I've purchased to date, and the price is actually cheaper than some of the other florists I've been to. If I could give 0 stars... I would. My wonderful boyfriend went out of his way to purchase surprise flowers for me... He trusted the florist to pick out a bouquet of red and white roses... apparently after 20mins or taking her time, bullshitting around, chatting on the phone and sarcastic rude behavior she handed him 24 of the most driest, limp and sorry looking roses! She tried to make the roses stand up better by adding tons of filler and stupid leaves... The worse part of all was that she charged my boyfriend $85!!! Even Costco has better quality flowers for half the price (and no filler)! Needless to say 2 days after the purchase the roses fell apart and died. I wanted to head over to the store and express some not-so-nice words with her... but if I can help others from purchasing flowers from this place that will service better justice. From the service, to the owner's attitude and knowingly selling my boyfriend horrible quality flowers... I would advise you to go elsewhere for your floral needs. read more
