I didn't even tell her what my profession was and she was able to tell the areas that cause me discomfort throughout the week. She targeted the areas of concern and intensely concentrated on them. I loved that she offered essential oils and there was no additional charge for them. The hot stone addition was relaxing and made me feel like a pat of butter on freshly made toast. The setting was exquisite, the massage expertise unbeatable, and the price incredibly competitive and worth every dime. Most recently, I've started weaving on a production level and found that the repetitive motion was affecting my shoulders. Mandy expertly found every little muscle fiber and tendon that was affected, including ones I hadn't even realized down the sides of my ribs and up through my forearms, and massaged them loose. I've been to her for acupuncture and herbs for about 5 visits so far and I feel so much better. Even after the first visit I felt a big improvement. At first I went once a week (my choice) then we'll be switching to every other week. She is the opposite of pushy, very mellow, so you pick if you want to come back in one week or two. I went to her for fatigue, stress, intestinal issues, etc. which is all greatly reduced now but I want to keep going to build even more of a sense of strength, stamina, and joy. Furthermore she even knows naturopath stuff like ordering blood tests, evaluating ones you've already gotten, food alergies & reactivities, food/diet suggestions, etc. I feel like she's my one stop shop for all my needs due to the fact that she's super knowledgeable w/eastern medicine but also definitely enough western medicine too. From her website and meeting her you can tell that she's the best kind of super-geek who has studied a ton and keeps studying, but all because she is driven to help people.
