I love Raising Cane's, but not all locations are created equal. The signage here is a bit confusing since it's on a different side from the actual entrance, though from the freeway it looks like an easy in-and-out. That said, the staff absolutely made this visit. The awesome human who took my drive-thru order deserves recognition. Cash was used, so there's no personal info on the receipt, but the check number was 11835 in case that helps them get the praise they deserve. I ordered the Big Box combo with extra fries and no slaw--made to perfection. Portions were great, food temperature was spot on, and the fries were actually seasoned (which I don't usually experience at other locations). The human at the drive-thru window was also friendly, asked how my day was going, and made sure I had all the condiments I needed. I truly wish this level of customer service existed at some East valley locations I've visited. Overall, this was hands down one of the best Raising Cane's experiences I've had. There's plenty of onsite parking and two drive-thru lanes, which really helps the line move quickly. Kuddos to this branch for having excellent customer service! The entire staff deserve the rest of 2025 off with pay, as well as, huge raises. read more

This canes is always busy and although the lines are long the crew always manages to Deliver great always fresh food, consistency is key for all restaurants and canes knows it. Today there were no lines, we went and we were shorted a sandwich unfortunately we did t noticed until we got home, dinner ruined! Ordered our food- a chicken sandwich meal, a three piece meal and then just a three piece. We were told that the three pieces would come w Cane's sauce but when we got our order, no sauce came w the separate three piece. We had to pay extra for the sauce. We then got our sodas and found them to be flat. I told one of the employees on the way out, "I think something is wrong w your soda machine." She replied, "Yeah. We know. It's flat." This was my first time at Raising Cane's. I had a medical appointment in the area and the ladies at the desk recommended it (after I asked for a good lunch spot nearby). I ordered the box combo, which comes with 4 chicken strips, an order of fries, cole slaw, Texas toast and a side of their sauce. The staff were friendly and, unlike some other fast-food places I've been in this year, they were all working efficiently and no one was shouting at anyone, no one was arguing with other employees, no one was cursing... it was refreshing to see professionals in this type of establishment. My order was about $14 with tax. The food came up in a reasonable period of time. My chicken and fries were HOT, and I appreciate that. The cole slaw, of course, was chilled. The toast was nicely colored on both sides, although it wasn't really warm. The chicken was very good. The breading was crispy and flavorful, and the chicken itself was juicy. I mean, who likes dried out chicken white meat? Not me, for certain, and this was definitely not dry. When I use BBQ or other sauces on fried chicken, it's typically to counter the dryness. In this case, the sauce wasn't needed for that, but it does add a nice level of deliciousness. After trying a bite without the sauce and finding it good, I dipped every following bite in the sauce because it's that good. The fries were decent. Not great, I'd have preferred a little crisper, but they weren't soggy. There were a lot of small pieces, in fact there is no uniformity to the fries at all, but again, the flavor was fine. Cole slaw was, well, cole slaw. Not too wet, not at all dry, so I give it a thumbs up. The Texas Toast was really hyped by the ladies at the doctor's office, and I'm glad to say it did not disappoint. Nice flavor. I've read a number of reviews on Yelp complaining about the small portion sizes of both the chicken and the french fries. I can say I didn't experience that at all. The food is good, for fast food chicken strips. This is my first time at this location. Someone was sanitizing the tables really well, which I haven't seen happen in a long time. It was nice to sit down at a clean, non sticky or greasy table. I agree with the other review- the music is way too loud. Very Disappointing My last two takeout visits at Canes have been very disappointing. On this visit we ordered 2 kids meals and took both meals home. The problem is, when you put hot food in a sealed styrofoam container, the food get soggy even if you live close. Our chicken wasn't crispy, it was soggy and the bread coating was falling off. My husband and I come into town to visit family and I always take my chance to get us some Canes! We don't have one in our area of AZ so we grab it when we can. We have always mobile ordered because we are usually getting it on our way back out of town or to go back to the hotel, our food always comes out hot and ready with no issues. On Saturday night around 11:30 pm we tried to go through the canes drive through on dysart right by our house....We waited in line for over 40 minutes and were still waiting.... We tried calling inside to see if everything was ok and to see how long the wait would be ... no answer..... sooooo while Still in line on dysart I called the canes on 99th and McDowell ..,,they picked up right away... I asked how long the wait was in the drive through... he said 3 minutes.... I said ok cause I've been waiting for 40 minutes over here on dysart... I'm gonna come over there... so I drive the 4.5 miles to go to the 99th location and there's one car ahead of us...we ordered and were up to the window in minutes.... I told the window person Marco what happened, he must have told his supervisor and manager .... They all come back to the window said they were sorry and that they are refunding me money for my meals because they want my experience with canes to be a positive one ...I was like wow thanks guys! ... I had ordered extra crispy chicken so they asked me to pull up front and they will walk my food out right away... the assistant manger and restaurant manager both came out to walk my food out to my car.... They gave us a canes hat merch and some box meal gift cards also!! All I wanted was food for the kids , but this location went over and above after hearing about our crappy experience at dysart and they far exceeded our expectations and went the extra mile to try to make our visit a positive one..., well done guys. I asked for some hot sauce and the girl gave me dirty, sticky packets. I asked for clean ones and she insisted it was all they had while showing me the rest of the packets that were all stuck to the bottom of the tray. She didn't even bother volunteering to clean them off. The shift manager or who appeared to be some kind of manager was right next to her and he didn't even try to rectify it. When I got home, I washed the hot sauce packets myself. When I opened it, the sauce was really thick! Which is NOT how it's supposed to be. It was old. Then..I noticed the breading on the chicken was mushy & greasy so when I tore one in half, I could see the meat was undercooked. (Pink.) The chicken was hot but CLEARLY undercooked. I opened the cole slaw and it was warm as was the cane's sauce and I had them both separated in a container of their own. The cole slaw was nasty. All I had to eat was slightly undercooked fries with warm cane's sauce. It wasn't just my chicken that was undercooked, my son's was as well. I called the store and the manager asked me to email the video and receipt but he never got back to me. Didn't even offer to replace the trash meal. I wondered why the order was completed so fast. Now I know why, they don't thoroughly cook their chicken and probably keep their cold items on deck to keep their times down. Went to go order a box combo for lunch with a group of friends, they first bring out everyone's food beside mine and groups of people that had ordered after me and I went to go ask if mine is ready or not they said it should be coming right out continued to wait another 15 minutes. I got tired of waiting and once I ask for refund they were communicating properly and once I got my return they said my food was ready. Very poor customer service and weren't communicating with me all what was going on. On top of that there was over like 6 people that they were giving food out to and didn't know whose order was it supposed to be going to. read more

They keep their music at 130 dB even though there's two people eating in there. Music is so loud you can't hear your name get called, which they will make to go even though you told them it's for here. Then they will let your food sit there for 10 minutes. Unfortunately I'd have to say this was the worst Canes I've ever been too. Service was ridiculous, food was warm at best and full blown security outside which gives off an unsafe vibe if multiple security guys and cars are needed nightly. I came in the drive thru at about 10pm after a long airport pickup of a family member. The kids were starving so I thought it would be a good stop. Service was slow, barely any communication. We asked for extra bread and canes sauce. She repeated the order and had to correct her twice. Once it seemed like she had it I drove to the window and paid. Every thing came out pretty quick and I went to drive off, but one of my kids had to use the bathroom. We parked and I took that minute to look over the food and we were missing all the added sauce and bread. I sent them inside to use the restroom and get what we paid for. A few moments later they emerged stating the employee wanted to see the receipt. When they brought it back inside I waited and once I saw them coming back out I thought everything was ok. I was informed they would only give them a piece of bread stating I didn't pay for anything else. The receipt clearly said no slaw extra sauce etc. By this time I was tired and extra mad and am not going to get out of the car yet again to argue this. I will say I won't be back. Came here with a couple friends and was greeted by a room packed with chicken-loving children and squads of high schoolers exerting their status as independent individuals. The cashier was so friendly (smile brightened my day!) I almost thought I was at Chick-Fil-A for a second. A friend and I ordered the Caniac Combo to share, and my other buddy got the sandwich combo. We managed to secure seats at a booth, and the food was ready pretty quickly! Chicken was nicely crispy and juicy (I was so glad my friend let me eat the last one in the basket). No signs anywhere- door has nothing on it. We start to order and the girl slides some masks to us. We looked at her confused and said, "wait, there's no sign. We have the vaccine so what's the point in the vaccine then?" She looks confused and says, "Oh hold on I need to ask my manager because I'm not sure." And the manager said, "I'm not sure if we are requiring masks because I've been unable to read updates." We said that it was fine and said we'd take our business elsewhere and walked out as the family of 6 walking in had no masks and were still served. These people have no clue what they're talking about. No sign, we are assuming no mask required. Since so many businesses don't require them any longer, we can easily go elsewhere.
