I made my order on yelp for pickup, chose the time because I was on my way to work. I arrive and my order isn't ready so I had to wait and I wasn't thrilled about this. They did have a decent crowd inside but since I already paid through the app I wasn't going to not get my food. I waited about 10 minutes past my pickup time and didn't get a sorry or anything from the workers. They did make my order fresh and so that was good but I won't order ahead again. The fries were crispy and hot as for my chicken, it was also crispy and dried out but better once I put ranch dressing on top. read more

First time trying Buffalo Spot and it will be the last. Ordered 20 wings--asked if I could do 3 sauces--"no, only 2". Ok... I'd like to order "all flats"...it is an option on your menu--"we can only do 10 flats". Huh? Then that's not "all" flats...it is "some" flats. Could you just charge me twice? Blank stare...ok. I'd like them well done. Fast forward--the wings I received are half flats and soggy--nothing crisp or well done...and the flavor was really...meh. My wife through them in the air fryer and it helped...but even then, she took two bites and said...why am I trying?? 20 bad wings for $30... Go to Wingstop instead :/ read more

I could immediately tell when i entered this store that they have a good operation going. I was greeted as soon as I came through the door and was offered help ordering, I ordered on the kiosk and waited 5 minutes or less for 2 buffalo fries. The employee was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the fries were hot and fresh, the chicken juicy and good, this buffalo spot is different than other ones i've been too and 100% recommend it read more

I haven't been to a Buffalo Spot in many years now but wanted to check it out. I ordered a small of the buffalo fries with pineapple jalapeno sauce and it definitely needed more sauce. I felt like it was a bit dry but didn't want to add too much of the special sauce that I ended up getting on the side. I got a Caesar salad from here for dinner to go and when I finally got home to eat I originally notice how wet the inside was but didn't think too much of it until I started eating and ended up biting into some pieces of ice. Not sure how to feel about this. The food is usually pretty good but how soggy everything was at the bottom from the melted ice kinda ruined the food for me. I like Buffalo stuff a lot. I have gone to MANY BWW restaurants despite terrible service because I like Buffalo stuff that much. I stopped in to this "spot" today out of curiousity. I'm glad I did. The employees were very friendly and seemed quite intent upon making customers feel welcome. I was quickly educated, without prompting, about the Buffalo fries. I'm sure that is their most profitable item, but it was also a solid offering and I'm glad I tried it. The small was more than an adequate serving for 1 of fries and boneless wings on top. I would've added a salad but it would've pushed the pricepoint beyond my budget. Next time I may get the entree salad. I had the basic hot sauce which I'd say is comparable to what I'd expect traditional medium to be, albeit a bit on the milder side. That's ok with me as long as there's some kick. Always easier to add kick then to try to tone it down. It did have an unexpected slight sweetness to it that I didn't mind. They normally put chipotle ranch on top, I asked for on the side and just regular. The side cup they gave me was full to the top unlike how competitors do condiments! I'm curious re other sauces and the salad. The batter on the fries had more substance than basic fries. I liked it. The boneless wings had a batter that reminds me of some Asian dishes. It wasn't tempura but it also wasn't completely standard. I liked it as well. I don't think there's one of these near me, and it's definitely quite utilitarian as far as seating so I'd not go here expecting to unwind like a more traditional wing place with booths, but I could see myself coming to one of these in the future should the opportunity conveniently be presented. read more

I don't know where some of these reviews are coming from but they have to be staged because they're not true or must be a really odd coincidence that people were receiving good service. I have gone here twice now in the month of September 2025. Both times I sat and waited and I mean waited for close to 10 minutes for someone to even take a drink order. This used to be a well run establishment until approximately March or April of this year 2025 then things start going downhill. It has not recovered since I did notice what be a possible manager in the store at the time things were being run so poorly, and they were in short Staff I was told. That particular person sat down table and just played on her phone forever then got up and went after somebody in the kitchen. I'm done with village Inn. I will also make this known to corporate offices. I don't know how many villages there are but this particular one was at 4040 Bell Rd if things continue the way they are now I don't expect it to stay open too much longer. It used to always be packed and again both times in the month of September. The parking lot was practically empty. Save your read more

But this location, on Sunday August 4th, at 1:10 pm I called to place an order and a lady picked up and said "can you call back later, we're busy right now" then they never picked up the phone again. What kind of business rejects orders because they are too busy on a sunday at 1pm. Not a good way to run a business. read more

We've been going to this Buffalo spot for almost a year now, it's our preferred location for many reasons. They always make sure our buffalo fries are fresh and crunchy- never soggy! The staff is always kind and friendly here. My girl, Vale, is a rockstar. She greets me by name and has memorized my order! Even when I make a phone order, this girl already knows it's me! It's such a simple gesture means so much. And I want you to know it's appreciated We love that Buffalo Spot has created such a delicious and unique combination with its Buffalo fries. It's what keeps us coming back each week and why this is one of our favorite restaurants. We have tried other locations (in and out of state) and no location compares to the quality of food and service that this one offers. I was really hesitant to go to this place due to the reviews, but my little brother really really wanted us to drop by to grab some food, and so off we did. We came in, and you can see the kitchen in plain sight, and it was bustlin'. Our cashier was very friendly and nice as well. We placed a large order of buffalo fries, and we got our food in less than five minutes (probably three to be honest). The service was super quick, and the serving was big. Love it!!! I had the 10 piece wing half very hot and lemon pepper. The wings where nice and crunchy with just the perfect amount of their delicious sauce. But what got me where the buffalo fries. Got the Cajun fries with Jamaican Jerk sauce and extra cheddar. It was the perfect amount of fries and chicken to satisfy my cravings. Nothing but crunchy, saucy and cheese goodness. I seriously don't know what is up with the bad reviews they must not know good food. I don't regret coming to this location at all and will RECOMMEND to all my friends and family. Great Job Staff! This is my second time to this establishment, first dining in. I was looking for some place that compared to ATL wings (too far from my home) and have heard good things about The Buffalo Spot. So here are my pros and cons. Pros: * Buffalo fries do live up to their reputation. Fries are crunchy and not soggy even with the sauces on them. Chicken is pretty good. * Establishment is pretty clean. * Portion size. Ordered the regular buffalo fries and it was enough for 2-3 people. Cons: * The wait! Waited 30 minutes for my food. Was thinking this would be a good work place stop for lunch but can't see that happening with the wait. * Drinks. Twice I have been here and their sodas are flat. Also would love if they had more drink options other than Soda and water bottles. Will come here again...but have to make sure I have time! read more

Discarding the basic food found in frozen bags at grocery stores everywhere I ordered off uber eats and the clerk did not ensure my driver received my full order okay simple problem missing item(s) option on uber eats for the first time ever it says a refund is not available okie dokie so I call the restaurant they say "well we can make you one fresh and you can come get it" why do you think I ordered uber eats yeah I'll just catch a bus see you in an hour so I contacted uber support by phone and they said a team would email me about it after an investigation what does that even mean why is this restaurant under such scrutiny the nice Indian lady couldn't tell me but for good reason no doubt never ordering here again read more

After several minutes, someone finally asked if we were number 11. We were. Once seated, the decor was cute, but service was mediocre at best. The food was the biggest disappointment. It had been a while since we last visited, and it's definitely not the same. The rice was bland and flavorless, and the gyro meat tasted like frozen, reheated product -- very dry, with the main flavor being salt. Instead of the fresh-carved gyro meat you typically see on a vertical rotisserie at most Greek restaurants, the kitchen area was closed off, so there was no visible preparation or carving station. For nearly $50, the experience simply did not match the price. Between the disorganized service and underwhelming food, we won't be back. Next time, we'll stick to supporting East Valley Greek spots that offer better quality and value. I want to preface, this place used to be good. Not sure of ownership changed, but save yourself a trip and find something better and more affordable

What made it worse was the explanation: a table of eight older gentlemen "didn't like" that he was sitting there working, and that was the reason he needed to leave or buy something. It wasn't busy, it wasn't about space, and it wasn't about a policy. It was simply another group of customers not liking his presence, and the staff acting on that. After years of loyalty, that was incredibly disappointing. If there's a new policy, that's fine, just communicate it clearly and apply it consistently. Asking a long‑time customer to leave because another table "didn't like" them is not acceptable. This experience genuinely made us rethink continuing to support this location.

Unfortunately, tonight was completely different. Food & Service Almost immediately I noticed things weren't the same. I even politely asked our waiter if the owners had changed because the food and service felt so different from my previous visits. I ordered my usual dinner platter, but: * The lamb came out plain with no onions or bell peppers, even though the menu photo shows both. * The baba ghanoush was missing the pomegranate seeds. * The hummus was much less seasoned than before. * My salad arrived covered in feta cheese despite my dairy allergy. * My grape leaves appetizer never came until I reminded them. * I never received the pita bread that normally comes with the meal and had to ask. * Halfway through dinner they remembered I had ordered saffron rice for the table. It felt like our table kept being forgotten all evening. Food Allergy I have a life-threatening dairy allergy, and I mentioned it multiple times while ordering because previous visits had always been handled so carefully. As we were leaving, my throat began swelling and my ears plugged up. I immediately asked if anything I had eaten contained dairy, including the pita bread. Our waiter went to ask the kitchen. The cook appeared visibly irritated about being questioned, retrieved the pita packaging, and read the ingredients aloud. The second ingredient was whey. By then I had already eaten about half the pita. I had to sit down by the register and use my EpiPen before I could leave. Our Waiter I want to give credit where it's due. Our waiter seemed genuinely concerned and apologized once he realized what had happened. He told me I wouldn't have to pay for my meal. I chose to pay anyway because I didn't feel this was his fault. My frustration is with the kitchen and management, not with him. Other Issues My friends were told their meals included one side, including Greek fries, but were later charged a $4 upcharge. Another friend paid $8 for only two pieces of baklava. When she politely questioned it, the employee became dismissive and insisted only the assorted version came with a full container. After we left, we checked the restaurant's own menu, which lists the assorted baklava for $7.95 for the full container, making the explanation even more confusing. Final Thoughts I brought three friends because I wanted to share one of my favorite restaurants with them. Instead, they watched me have an allergic reaction serious enough to require my EpiPen in the parking lot. I've always spoken highly of Zeta's Grill, which makes this even harder to write. I sincerely hope management reviews their allergy procedures. A food allergy isn't a preference--it can become a life-threatening emergency in minutes.

Today, I decided to give it a chance, and I'm so glad I did. I'm giving this place its flowers mostly because of the hospitality I received. From the moment I walked in, the employee working front of house was SO NICE. We were greeted with warmth and promptly seated. Waters came out quickly, and after ordering, aforementioned employee offered us complimentary soup. Throughout our dining experience, the way he treated us told me, "I'm glad you're dining with us, and I want to make sure you come back." He thanked us profusely for coming in and said goodbye a couple times. I just love when the customer service shines. The interior is super clean. All the furniture is in good condition, tables and floors were immaculate, and the decor was tasteful. There's enough seating for probably 12 groups, maybe more. Each table has napkins, soy sauce, and Sriracha, which I appreciated. The most expensive dish I saw on the menu was $16.95. Considering we're living in a time when you can easily spend that much in a drive-thru, I knew I was going to be happy with whatever I chose. I got two entrees: Mongolian beef and orange tofu. We were served complimentary egg drop soup, which was delicious. We were also provided a generous amount of white rice, and I'm assuming since I ordered the beef extra spicy, he also brought a side of chili oil, which made me extremely happy. When the entrees came out, they were hot off the wok (or flat top... who knows) and ab-so-lutely delicious. The Mongolian beef had a lovely sauce and lots of onions, both white and scallions. My only criticism is that the beef itself didn't have the trademark crispy texture. Maybe they didn't use enough cornstarch or didn't let it crisp up enough before adding the other ingredients. Even so, it was good and tender. The orange tofu stole the show, though. They successfully got the outside nice and crispy, and it held up in the amazing orange sauce. I didn't choose this dish, but I will absolutely get it again. For less than $30 before tax and gratuity, two people ate until full AND we left with two heaping boxes of leftovers. Our waiter even offered us additional rice to make sure we had enough to go with our leftovers. We had plenty, but it's another great example of the abundant hospitality. This wasn't the most amazing pan Asian cuisine I've ever had. However, it surprised and delighted me that it was so good for the value. That coupled with the service will absolutely ensure I go back.

It's more than just finger licking good. juicy chicken, phenomenal fries, and the sauce is so good you'll never wanna brush those teeth again. When I hear buffalo spot, my mouth waters. Mac n cheese tasted good but the noodles were very mushy. Unfortunately this was my first time here and I don't think I'll be back.

On the way home, it felt like a sneakybird dinner. The staff is always pleasant and today was no different. Aleah welcomed me as I walked in. Gavin came over as I was debating what to order and expressing my appreciation for the restaurant. Jaeden was the manager on duty. I love that everyone in this family run business is so pleasant. It makes a difference. It was a slow afternoon since it was well before dinner. If you have not experienced sneakybird, this is your encouragement. Today I got 2 8-piece wings with tater tots. One with the garlic butter Parmesan rub and both tossed in teriyaki sauce. Of course, my order was all flats. I also order a side of Sneaky Slaw to try. The spice isn't for me but I added a "secret" ingredient and enjoyed my dinner. The decor is bright and inviting. The music is at a decent level. The restroom is always clean. I got the chicken sandwich, while my sister got the tenders. Between the two, I'd say the tenders were the better choice. The sandwich was good, just a little too salty for me, but it was huge, so definitely come with an appetite. Overall, the food tasted fresh and made with good ingredients. I'd definitely come back to try something different next time.

After paying, the food comes out through a side window, and you're notified by text when it's ready. The food was absolutely amazing--10/10 on flavor! These burgers are definitely worth the money because you get both quality and great taste. The restaurant itself has a really cool atmosphere, blending a modern bar feel with an old-school vibe. I'll definitely be back!
