Always give fries with no ketchup so I got used to asking for it for my dry fries. Not only did they not put lettuce in my sandwich they didn't even give me the sauces I asked for. No manners neither I never know when they're done handing me my food. Chik Fil A would never. Once I hear that "my pleasure" then I know when to drive off instead of them just staring me open jawed with a bag of food. Edit: just straight up and get your employees in check. Only place open at 10pm and huge line to order. Moved quickly and service was friendly. Chicken fingers were excellent- piping hot and portion received was what we ordered. Cole slaw was cold and Texas Toast was toasted. All of these items were fresh and to temperature. Fries however were bad. Undercooked and no salt. Definitely recommend! read more

I stayed at the Hilton next door and ate here both nights. This was my first time having Cane's and I'm happy I got to experience at this location. I've never come across a nicer staff. It could be a Texas thing, as I come from California... but I felt truly cared for here. Someday, I will name all of my sons 'Cane' and raise them. Then, I shall truly be... 'Raising Canes.' Terrible customer service. Everyone was on their phone, or socializing and seem not to care about the long line that was to the door. Seemed to be like a hangout for the employees. Very very slow and confused through the drive through. They can't keep orders straight, skip others. Never coming here again

I've been to Canes many times and it is my favorite restaurant. The only complaints I personally have is that their chicken doesn't really have any flavor. It's the bread that really sells this franchise. The bread is the best thing to ever be created and if you sandwich it with the bread (the chicken sandwich doesn't have the same flavor as a toast and a bread together) it gives the chicken flavor and it's amazing. The staff are also very kind. If they get your order incorrect they let you keep what they gave you and add what you ordered for free. It's a very nice environment. Very comforting. A great place to go with friends or to just get away from anything in general. read more

Absolutely delectable, the sauce with anything is amazing. Personally I am not a fan of bread and the Texas toast there is no exception so I normally sub it out for a sauce. Frequently pickup 3 piece combos to go. But I know I'm not the only one when you get home open the box and chicken is warm but the fries and bread are always soggy. Why can't Canes use the styrofoam box just for chicken & separate paper bags for fries and bread. It definitely would be cheaper for them cost wise by using smaller styrofoam box and paper bag for fries etc. win win all around! read more

I've gone there for lunch the last 3 days, and I think I'm going back tomorrow. First off it's all about that sauce! I trade my slaw for an extra sauce and proceed to dip the chicken, the bread, the fries and my friends fries when they're not looking. And that lemonade, (which is green now, so that's a thing) makes for the perfect Arnold Palmer. Staff is friendly and gets to you in a timely manner no matter how busy. read more

experience was ruined by a manager named Rachel. Biggest attitude ever. Clearly she had already has a bad day because her responses to me were not to what was really going on and entirely inappropriate doe someone in management. Also , I never even asked to speak to a manager... I simply asked a question of the rep. they said i'll her my manager and she came in talking down to me all the way to the end. And she thought the glass has closed proper at the pay window, but it wasn't 't and i could hear her to talking crap as the manager. I love raising canes food. But this location is the worst. If you want fast food this is not the place to go. You will wait an hour before even getting to order. In addition you must take extra time because your order will always be at least slightly wrong. Will they forget the sauce? Will they give you the wrong amount of chicken? Will the fries be limp and soggy? Who knows. But best bet is something will need fixed and that adds on the the already long wait to even order, then waiting for the food, then fixing the many mistakes. There needs to be a way to order ahead, an app, a mobile order, or hey do your drive though like Chick-fil-A. They have it figured out. I know it's a new location, and "these are unprecedented times" but pretty much every other place in midland (besides Taco Bell) has figured out how to do this. No other Canes I've been to has ever done as poorly as this location. read more
