I love the vibe here. The food was a little salty. We tried putting our chicken in the toast and it was great! The staff was really nice and helpful as it was our first time. My only issue was the trash. It was just like the picture that another person posted. Every single trash even the one as you walk in the front door. They ask if want your food for here or to go but is always in a bag despite the choice. Everyone eating "here" is eating out of a bag. Maybe that would decrease the trash if served differently. Just a thought. Nice vibe either way. We'll be back for sure.

Raising Cane's has recently opened in Newark, Delaware. You can best believe that this place will be packed for a good while. Raising Cane's menu is simple. Chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, Texas toast and fries. You can also get a side of coleslaw. The tenders are a decent size and were crispy. The crinkle cut fries are okay but need a tad bit of salt. The Texas toast was good. I almost wish I ordered an extra piece. The cane sauce is an aquired taste. It's a signature sauce but with some added ingredients. I spent 25 minutes in the drive thru line from start to finish.

Good spot! The only raising canes in Delaware, service is similar to Chic-fil-a with the 'My pleasure' attitude. Very well done. 4/5 stars because this location has two drive-thru lanes but only one is ever in use. Also this being the only Raising Canes in Delaware prepare yourself for long lines and long wait times lobby and drive-thru. Overall customer service is usually up par.

It's so reliable. It's so good. There's really not much that can go wrong with canes. Get a combo. You can sub out anything you don't want for more of another thing (ahem cole slaw for more fries). I love that they're expanding and there are more locations!

First time dining at Raising Cane's! Walked in and the place was loud! Between the loud music and multiple loud employees, it was like being at a party, and not in a good way, at least for me. There were multiple employees behind the counter, many of which appeared to be immature and loud high school students. My order was taken by a friendly fellow, who seemed to be a local, and maybe a college student. My order arrived in reasonable time. My fries were warm, at best, and my chicken could have used another 30-60 seconds in the fryer. Their famous garlic bread had little garlic flavor. I liked the Cane's sauce. The online menu reads that you get fries AND cole slaw with your order. In-store menu reads (I believe) you get a CHOICE of fries or cole slaw. A disappointment for me. For $9.99 I didn't find my meal a good value or something I would want to have more than once in a long while. Check it out for yourself. You might love it!

Okay so barstool influenced me. I would say this is better than popeyes for me but not great. (I know I'm gonna get heat for that). The sauce is good. The location is new and clean but I'm def going to chick-fil-a before driving to UD for this. The service was comparable to anywhere fast food. I don't know this didn't stand out to me. It's a fun vibe inside though.

We stopped in yesterday for a post game visit and it did not disappoint. The service was definitely top-notch and the food was incredible. The sweet tea hits the spot every single time, especially if you're from the south and you know what true southern sweet tea is. We have these in Texas and after moving up here, we were so excited to pop in to have a rendezvous with the past. Crinkle fries are literally my favorite type of fries, and the box comes as an abundant amount of food. The only thing that I would say was missing was the tangy part of the coleslaw. It didn't have that sweet and tangy southern feel.

    Overflowing trash.

Had my first and last visit today. I will never go back. I had Heard good things and was looking forward to going. It was busy but not packed. As a first time guest the staff was less than helpful with my questions (I felt as though I was annoying them), they were running out of ice so everyone only got a half a cup, the ketchup was empty and the trash was overflowing. They advertise iced tea and lemonade, and they hand you a cup for self service, but the lemonade is not with the other drinks and when we went to ask for it, we were told it is an up charge. This is after the point of payment and too late to "pay extra" for lemonade. So disappointed.

    My meal

Recently tried was a good stop. The food was an overall eight out of 10 nothing major but worth trying atmosphere was good and the canes sauce was amazing. Service was quite good.

Went through the drive thru. I initially ordered the 3 box tender combo with an extra piece of Texas toast. I came to the window and i was charged for a big box instead. Small error no big deal. Total came just over $13. The coleslaw was just ok & the fries were cooked well. I would like the tenders to be cooked longer they were a little too soft for my liking. The sauce is very interesting it went well with the tenders and fries. Texas toast should be grilled on both sides! It's good for the most part . This isn't my first time here. I'll stop by again soon. I'll make sure to ask for them to be fried hard. Thanks!!

Just your typical fast food restaurant. Nothing special. It was also dirty in there. Recommend trying.

FOOD I ordered their three finger combo (3 chicken fingers,…read more1 Cane's sauce, Texas toast, crinkle-cut fries, and a 22-oz. soda/tea). It was incredibly filling and, as expected, very salty. It's definitely a nice treat every now and then and always hits the spot. DRINKS A variety of sweet and non-sweetened teas, sodas (i.e. Coca-Cola, diet Coke, etc.) are available for purchase. SERVICE The staff are kind and friendly, and orders are pumped up quickly. AMBIANCE Ample seating is available inside the store. It was also very clean and tidy.

Since I was last here, they added in self-ordering kiosks, which would theoretically improve ordering speed, except that they did so at the cost of not taking orders at the counter. Understandably, this was to help out the large flood of Doordash pickups coming through, but it was slower as most people take a lot longer to choose when self-ordering. Food came out fast, and was delicious! I ordered the Sandwich Combo, and it came out hot and fresh. Fries here are literally addictive-- I don't know why but I just keep eating and then eat my friends' fries too. Overall this location is well-decorate and kept clean. However, it's a lot more chaotic here with all the Doordash pickups coming through. I'd have retreated to the side of the restaurant to have a little reprieve from all the folks coming in and out. But overall, still a great place to eat!
