She listens to your concerns, symptoms, problems, and come up with the best care and treatments. She always makes sure that I don't have any further question before she leaves the exam room. Dr. Basra referred me out for several tests and also other doctors to see what was happening. It was found that I had a severe slipped disc L5 over S1 and through Neurology that he referred me to they found that I had an unruptured aneurysm, which is now monitored on an annual basis. I am now being treated for both when I was ignored for several years by many doctors. Most recently, I complained about inflammation and immediately doctor Basra referred me out to an Allergist. It took three tests through the allergist but they found that the culprit was Mold. I highly recommend Dr. Basra as he listens to his patients and refers out as well as takes extra steps to get things done correctly.

They only recently obtained a portal & it seemed to be very overwhelming for personnel. 1 month later & I am still unable to get on the app. I advised a mth ago exactly what the issue was but was spoken to by office staff multiple times in an unprofessional manner & dismissed. My concerns are not with the physician but with the entirety of the support staff. The communication difficulties are a serious issue. It is my understanding the office at multiple sites is run by the same individual. Unprofessional. Insufficient.
