It would have settled bettered with us had she owned the mistake. Things happen. Instead, she made us feel that it was our fault. Thankfully, we had an invoice with the pick up date and details. They could not find their copy.

Really transformed our new back patio and torn down and replace the front porch which had a leak going back years. Tom brought in quality contractors for work Groff doesn't do themselves. Julian for demo, stucco and cement. I could tell Tom and Groff's reputation during inspections and coordinating with others really paid off.
