They have a great product and really great people there. You can really tell that the employees like working there, and that's important to me as a business owner.

I had to scrape up over $2,000 on securement supplies, including an additional $500+ on an 18" diamond plated step box that Roy talked me in to. Roy walked out to my truck with me and it was determined that he could install the box and that the box was around $450 plus an $89 install fee. I agreed to the price and Roy told his warehouse manager to go ahead and install the box. The installer was doing everything in his power to install the box and had to fabricate a bracket to get the box to fit in the selected area. Roy comes back from lunch and tells me that he needs to charge me an additional amount (over $200) because the install didn't include fabricating. I told him that he never mentioned any fabrication fee and that I was only told that the install was $89. He then started to belittle me by talking down to me. That's when I told him that I wasn't going to pay anymore than what was initially quoted. He refused to honor that and I told him to forget the box then. Roy told the installer to remove the brackets and I went on my way. The second bad experience was today. I called Roy on the phone and brought up the 1st experience and he said he remembered me. I asked him if he still had the box and what was the final price going to be with install. He told me the initial $89 install fee would still be applied but an additional $69 per hour for every hour after the 1st hour. I agreed and asked him if he still had the 18" diamond plated box. He said yes, that he hasn't sold that size. He also said that everything in stock has been discounted until Christmas. I arrived at 12:30pm with install beginning at 1pm as everybody was at lunch. We walked out to the truck, where the installer followed. The installer remembered me and the 3 of discussed the install options. During this discussion Roy talked me into also purchasing an additional diamond plated logger box for $250, which would be installed between the legs of my headache rack. It fit perfectly and it covered up the large hole behind my catwalk. I was very pleased and everything was finally getting done... that is until the installer brought out an 18" smooth face step box. I told him that I was supposed to be getting the diamond plate box. He said they didn't have that in stock. He called Roy (as Roy was at lunch) and Roy told the installer that it would take 4-6 weeks to get the diamond plate box. I asked if they could replace the lid from the smooth face box with a diamond plated lid from a logger box seeing they were the same size. Roy said no and hung up. The installer said that I could order it at the current sale price and have it installed the next time I could get in to town. I agreed and we proceeded. Several hours passed and the fabrication continued. Another warehouse worker became freed up and the installer had him start working on the install of the logger box. He had to cut 4 pieces of 4"x4" plate so he could create a pinching bracket that attached the I-Frame of the truck. Half way into the install he gets interrupted by another Owner Operator who had just purchased his securement supplies. So my project had to wait almost 30 minutes because they went and gathered his supplies and take them to the other driver's truck. He returns and begins to assemble the bracket. Roy comes back from lunch and says that if I want the sale price, I need to take the smooth face box as he wouldn't be able to get the diamond plate box at the same price due to the new year pricing was going to be much higher. I told him I wanted it now, not next year. He said that they would charge him the new price now. I said that wasn't my fault and that I called ahead and he told me that they had it in stock. That's the only reason I drove the 45 miles. He said "it is what it is". I told him that the smooth face box wouldn't go with my truck as everything else was diamond plate. He didn't care and wasn't going to make things right, AGAIN! I told him to forget the box then and he went and stopped the fabrication process. They finished installing the logger box. I went in to pay the bill on the logger box only to see the bill was over $500. I questioned the 2 1/2 hour install and said how is this possible when there was no fabrication for it. Roys' wife comes out and tells me that this is the second time that I've caused them problems and said that I will pay the bill as it reads. I said no and to remove the box if they didn't adjust it to 1 hour. She told me they have been working on it since 1pm and that I was never welcomed back if they remove it. I said they been working on the step box since 1pm, not the logger and I wasn't coming back. Box was removed and I went on my way!
