We asked if there was any way they could squeeze us in before the 4th of July since we were having people over, and at they time, they could not. However, when they had a cancellation they remembered that we were hoping to have the fence installed earlier and they gave us a call to give us a more suitable slot, that alone shows they're paying attention to their customers. These guys made sure we had all the right paperwork since North Richland Hills is very particular about fences especially on a corner home and worked to ensure we were following all the right rules and regulations beforehand. Within a couple days of getting the quote I had him and his team scheduled to fix our driveway gate. The gate was built a few years ago and unfortunately the people we initially hired did not finish the job and took the gate opener that we had purchased with them. Alberto's team fixed our fence, raised the gate up several inches, added cable to prevent sagging, and added an automatic gate opener. They also repainted all the iron. He handled all the permitting at no extra cost which was fantastic because all the paperwork that Mansfield wants was making my eyes cross. We hired this company to relocate our fence from the back of our home to the front. There were two…read moremen who moved the fence and they didn't do a good job at all. They left the fence opened in our back yard. We can literally see in our neighbors yard. They didn't inform us that additional materials may be needed and they broke my hose. They used a piece of the wood to brace the front of the fence from falling and there excuse was because the ground was wet and needed to dry. We called the company to inform them about the broken fence and we we haven't received one response in over three weeks. They charged us 375 dollars to pretty much do a job that needs to be done all over again. Please think twice about this company before you decide to hire.
