You won't reach anyone unless you direct your call to a Resp. Therapist and then tell them to transfer you to the front desk or the finance dept. Even then it doesn't work most of the time. The young lady that answered the phone, whose name I cannot remember now, was so kind and so professional. Even though they were closing shortly, she made sure that someone got a bedside commode and a walker for us. We had to pay for them but it was worth it for safety issues. We recently brought our daughter home after spinal fusion surgery and although we thought we were prepared with the right equipment at home quickly realized we needed a hospital bed and a certain type of wheel chair. Ed returned our call on a Saturday morning and within 2 hours showed up at our house to set up an electrical hospital bed and a wheelchair. Both of these items have gone a long way in the comfort and recovery of our daughter. She just said NO I don't accept electronic prescriptions. She said that it needed to be paper prescription or sent by the doctor. Two things Lady; 1. There is no difference between a paper prescription vs me printing the prescription 2. Who do you think sent us the prescription? The doctor. The prescription came from HappyTales veterinary hospital one of the most prestigious vets in the area. You need to improve your customer service, treat your patients with respect and honor your title by helping your patients. Also we live in 2026.

It is easy to connect with a pharmacy employee to transfer/fill prescriptions and ask questions. Updates are provided via text if preferred. Transferring my prescriptions here was a quick and easy process. The employees were incredibly patient and helpful. They communicate clearly and provide accurate information regarding pick-up time and cost. They answered my questions and provided updates via text. They even sent me a welcome text. In addition to prescription medications, they have some products for sale like lotion, bandaids, and OTC medications. According to the website, they are no longer compounding medications. Overall, I plan to continue using this pharmacy and recommend it to others!
