Went in for a prescription it was dark outside (after 8 pm) the parking lot was well lit, plenty of parking. The people in the pharmacy were friendly, quick and efficient, They also directed me to the right isle to pick up other items I needed. I had to check out my other items at the front- the cashier was nice. I asked if I had coupons- she didn't know- I seen them on the screen and asked to use the. (The other CVS asks if you want to use them) Overall they had my prescription filled by the time I got there from the doctor's office . This location is open 24 hours. read more

I ordered a bunch of items online after going through discounts and Extra Bucks Savings on the app. I selected pick up. I drove to the store early the next day. Parked and went in, gave the clerk my name and got my order. Great experience and I saved a lot. read more

Visited on 7/11/2025: This was my third trip to this CVS to pick up a prescription after receiving multiple text confirmations saying it was ready. The most recent message read: "Prescription being filled. Please bring insurance when you come to pick up." I did exactly that--only to be told again that nothing was available. When I asked for clarification, the pharmacist said, "It looks like we had some until 1:30 PM, but then ran out." So let me get this straight: someone else received the medication that I was notified about at 9:17 AM--four hours before I arrived? Yesterday, that same pharmacy tech told me they were completely out of stock. So, did a shipment magically arrive before 9:17 AM this morning? Or is this just another breakdown in communication and process? This is the second time this has happened. The late-shift pharmacy tech (Black male, bald, soft-spoken) was inefficient and lacked basic customer service. It seemed like he was either new or poorly trained. Even the pharmacist had to step in when another customer--who had just spoken to him--was left waiting and ignored. The entire pharmacy experience was disorganized and frustrating. If you're looking for a better experience, the Glenwood location is slightly more reliable. But honestly, it might be time to ditch CVS altogether and support local pharmacies instead. CVS has had the money, time, and feedback to fix these issues for years--and yet, the same problems persist. read more

I love that this location is 24 hours. This CVS location is extremely convenient for late-night runs where I don't want to be in crowds. I can easily run in and out. I usually can find exactly what I need. The staff here are pleasant and helpful during my shopping experience even after midnight on a Saturday night. The staff here seem happy to always help customers. On my most recent visit here I learned that this CVS does not carry a few items: Clorox Splash-Less Liquid Bleach Cleaner or Lysol laundry wash. I will not go anywhere else. Open 24 hours. Pharmacy has a drive thru. Always has multiple brands sizes and flavors of retail items. Fast checkout with plenty of parking. Unless things were free (and sometimes they are with their loyalty program) there's nothing that can be better. read more

I just transferred to this pharmacy due to my former pharmacy no longer accepting my insurance. I've only had a few interactions with the pharmacists/technicians. Every time they have been very helpful and efficient. They were also pleasant even when they were extremely busy. read more

HORRIBLE customer service and incompetent minute clinic staff. TLDR; don't use their minute clinic or risk getting a large bill. CVS is unwilling to provide any courtesy to their customers they've wronged. I have never seen a company behave this way and I will no longer use their services. I came in for a LOCALIZED allergic reaction. From the beginning they tried referring me out instead of treating me. The MA suggested I may need an Epi Pen when I had no symptoms indicating it, and the NP questioned if I needed one too. Instead of simply providing a topical steroid the NP was "very concerned" and said I had to go to urgent care. I made her aware that minute clinic was covered under my insurance but urgent care had a high copay. She insisted I go. It turns out I just needed a basic steroid cream a Minute Clinic could have provided. When filing a complaint I was assured Minute Clinic would look into it and potentially pay my urgent care bill or provide a gift card due to the NP not treating me and giving a faulty diagnosis. After a MONTH of back and forth and no response for over a week (after I was told BY MINUTE CLINIC to call again if I got no manager outreach) I got in touch with a very rude minute clinic rep that denied everything despite having detailed notes on the situation and had to audacity to get an attitude that I didn't memorize each person's name I spoke to. According to her she can't even see which department people are in. She also told me a manager closed my case out instead of calling. At this point it isn't worth the energy. I will just spend money at competitors from now on. This company has horrible customer service and horrible integrity. read more

This is my go-to pharmacy after I transferred my prescriptions from Walgreens. This store is located on the corner of Landmark and Lake Boone Trail right behind Rex Hospital. There is plenty of parking and they have a drive-through as well. The staff have always been friendly and helpful and the store is open 24 hrs/day. read more

I had a horrible experience with this CVS. I was traveling and forgot my medicine at home in Maryland. I called to see if I could get a couple days worth of medication to hold me over until I returned home. These people were the rudest unprofessional folks I have ever encountered and made everything difficult and wanted to charge me $40. I have been with CVS forever. This CVS location has the rudest employees I've ever come across. One man threatened to have my friend FIRED from her job (at a different pharmacy!) for using the self-checkout machine. WHAT?? This is absurd. No customer should have their job threatened at the checkout line. He and his coworker then went on to speak about us in an aggressively negative way (WHILE WE WERE STANDING THERE). Went online to schedule an appointment for a flu shot for 4:30. Left work early and arrived at the pharmacy 15 minutes early with my insurance card and proceeded to check in. I told the pharmacist I had an appointment and was told they had walk ins ahead of me and I would have to wait approximately an hour. Why schedule an appointment if you aren't taking them ahead of walk ins. Take it off your web site!! Also, this "WAS" my pharmacy for my prescriptions so my loyalty and business over the years means little to them! I do not post my negative experiences but I hope this saves somebody from wasting their time!! read more

Recently I found myself in a difficult situation. My prescription had run out. My medicine had been recalled due to a cancer risk. My doctor was out of town for a week. And while on Friday the doctor practice had reportedly sent in a new prescription, my pharmacy, which online was listed as being open until 10 PM on Saturday, had closed at 6 PM instead. It was now 6:10 PM on Saturday, the doctor's office was closed for the weekend, and I had no medicine. Help! I called the Open 24 hours CVS Pharmacy on Landmark Drive near Rex Hospital. I talked with Randy, the pharmacist on duty. He listened. He understood the pharmacy aspects of my medical situation. He also understood and appreciated the difficult situation I was in. He confirmed a number of important facts and went to work. In two hours I had my needed medicine. I thank Randy and CVS Pharmacy very much for their help. I certainly recommend them to others who are in need of a high level of professional help. read more
