When I arrived in store, Gabby had already handpicked clothing and created personalized outfits for me based on what I said I was looking for via the styling link. Before even going through the rack Gabby customized in the dressing room for me, she told me to go grab anything I like throughout the store first so I could have options based on my own choices rather than what she thought I would like...and consider me read to filth by her keen attention to detail, because I walked back into the dressing room holding multiple of the same clothes Gabby had already pre-selected for me! Not only does Gabby have an exquisite eye for style, but she goes above and beyond for the clients she is styling. I can never find ONE thing that fits me right, let alone, multiple outfits?!? And I didn't settle, it wasn't just good enough for the event, I felt good and I looked good in each individual piece, as well as the outfits she had created that I could've never even thought of. Gabby took the time to run back and forth between the back and my dressing room, and even grabbed pants off the mannequin so that she could have multiple sizing options so that everything would fit me just right and I felt secure and confident in my new wardrobe for school. It can be difficult in environments like this to ask for what you need, and with Gabby, you don't have to feel guilty asking for anything, or feel anxious because you want to try the same thing on "one more time to be sure" because she's already a step ahead of you, going above and beyond, to either get you the thing you were about to ask for, or encouraging you to try it on again so that you feel as good as you look! And trust me, if you are styled by Gabby, you will look good no matter what because her taste is impeccable as well as individual to meet the needs of each person, as a person. And I can honestly say the same for every employee working at the J Crew in University Park Village! Everyone in the store had upbeat energy and alleviated all the stress that comes with shopping as a young woman. They hyped me up, went out of their way to find sizing or colors for me if I walked out not feeling like it was IT, but they were also very authentic if I said I didn't like something, there wasn't a push of "No it looks good", it was "No I see what you're saying," and immediately I was met with alternative options and solutions by multiple employees. Shopping for professional clothing and finding something that truly looks good on you can be extremely overwhelming, and this is the first experience I've had in years where I didn't just want to cry in the dressing room. Every employee there wants you to not only look good, but feel good too! Really nice Coach Outlet store located inside the Tanger Outlets in Fort Worth…read more For some reason there's not a lot of signage for this store when driving around the outlets, so let me start by saying that you should park by Tommy Hilfiger, since that is one of the closest retailers to Coach. The store itself is huge with a wide variety of selection for both male and female customers. Most of the women's section is located on the left side of the store, however they do have a couple more purses in the back next to the men's section. The staff was very attentive and constantly checked to see how we were doing. I really like that they had a section to customize your bag and add a few charms and other items to make it extra special. Overall a really amazing experience, and I will definitely be coming back!
