I wasn't greeted and nobody spoke to me mt entire visit. This store is larger than the NRH, and is has a great selection. The purses are well organized across the side wall. Make sure your phone number is on file so you can reap frequent buyer rewards. That's a good value and provides savings.

As I was checking out another employee materialized from somewhere. The first employee walked right past me, quite closely, 3 different times. Yet I was never greeted or offered any assistance. I didn't need any assistance but still, providing customer service is part of the job. After walking up and down the aisles I decided a lot of their offerings truly aren't my style. I actually did find a cute pair of sandals that I caught on sale. Shoe Carnival is certainly not going to be my first choice for shoes but they're alright. Customer service is definitely a 1 star, the cashier was leaning on the back counter tapping his phone screen when I went up to pay.

I have really bad knees and become so unstable that I through my knee out 3 times in one year. I…read morehad thrown my knee out several time prior but it got to the point where I was scared that I would hurt myself again. I gave Good Feet a chance. My knees were a little achy in the beginning because of the realignment but I'm happy to report that not only have I not thrown my knee out in the last year of wearing them but I'm also able to walk soooooo much more with minimal discomfort. The staff is amazing and I would highly recommend going in if your experiencing knee pain or arthritis!! I've learned that I don't have to live with pain!!
