Extremely disappointing experience. I brought in pajamas to be personalized, and not only was the lettering way too large and not at all what I had asked for, but the staff was also extremely rude throughout the process. To make matters worse, they waited until the very last minute to tell us they couldn't even complete the design we had agreed on -- something that should have been communicated from the start. Attempted to purchase a shirt from them before Christmas. Checked back in this month to see if it had arrived. They had no record of purchase, we're going to have "the owner" call me back. Never received a call. Sadly, will have to talk to the organization about finding another silk screener for orders moving forward. Easy parking. Not obviously labeled building. Estimated about two weeks to completion for a varsity jacket and did it on time. Depending on who you talk to when you call, they are either helpful or incredibly gruff. Same for when you go in. It's hit or miss with service depending on who you get. Based on very polarizing reviews posted at Yelp! of this store, I was a bit worried coming here for buying a varsity jacket. Didn't know what to expect, really... Upon walking in the store, there were few people being helped out. As my child was trying out a varsity jackets in different sizes, Kelly asked us if we needed any help. Kelly was fantastic! She was very helpful, professional and friendly in fitting a jacket that's a right size. Once we selected a jacket size, Kelly walked us thru in what we needed to do (ex. patches, name stitching, etc.) and very clear about next steps and costs involved. We made a deposit towards the jacket and way we went. I can't speak how other customer support members are like at the store, but Kelly was really great and was pleasant to work with. While my shirt is awesome, I am irked that they reproduced it to sell in their shop. I picked my shirt style out of a catalog thinking I'd be the only one to have this style since they were special ordering this color choice for me. The lady and man that we're working there were both very engaged in the conversation and very sympathetic to what happened. Over a month ago I took my daughters varsity jacket to have to have two chevrons put on the sleeve and ordered T-shirt for myself to support the team... When I picked up the jacket two weeks later the chevrons were done, but the shirt was not... Went in a week later and was told I was two hours early. Please come back. I get it they're busy. I went back a week later (on my way to swim meet) to get the shirt....no one could find it. I was flustered! It was the fourth time I was there! I said "I ordered it a month ago!" The woman huffed in my face, mocking me for being flustered!!! I'm in sales and I know how customers are supposed to be treated... I was shocked to say the least... Then the rudest man I've ever seen (he was also looking for the shirt), said he had to make the shirt, give him ten minutes, and said "I could do without the attitude"!!!! I couldn't believe it!! I said "this is the fourth time I've been in here, why are you acting like this is my fault???" He said "we are all going somewhere! Sit for ten minutes and I'll have it done! I'll do it for free if you just sit there and wait!" I turned and marched out. Keep your shirt. I will drive an hour to get my younger daughters varsity jacket. I took my varsity jacket into the stitching post over a month and half ago with an estimated time of a month at MOST. Since it was over a month we called and asked how much longer it might be in a polite way and they said "this Friday probably" so we waited until Friday and no call. So yesterday which was Monday (the week after they said it would be done) we called and said hey we didn't get a call Friday we're we supposed to come in? And the gentleman said he would call me back in 30 min to let me know. No call back. So now my parents and I were getting very irritated, so we called today and told them what had happened and the lady got so mad at my dad when he was being very polite to her. She said that it was annoying we kept calling and that she would call when it was done. Her exact words "I'll go put the stupid metals on because your daughter is more important then everyone else". The issue wasn't that it was taking longer, we wish they wouldn't give an estimate then Go over the date it was supposed to be done by a half of a month! The work there always looks nice and I know they work very hard and are busy but the costumer service is not good at all. When you're paying a lot of money for a varsity jacket you should not get yelled at for calling when it takes way longer then they say!! read more

I had originally done business with them earlier in the Fall to have my daughter's name added to her cheer hoodie. That went fine. I needed a bag and a pullover for myself for her upcoming season and game and was promised it would be done yesterday. Not so. I finally received my order after I called each day, only to be dressed down by a very rude person, who I presume was the owner, only to be told I was wrong to call and check on the order, due to how overwhelmed they were. She then proceeded to threaten me among other nasty comments, that she would just take the order off the machine and I would get nothing if I didn't stop talking to my mother on the phone... A private call in which I set the phone down to be screamed at by this worker. I kindly paid for my items and said please, my daughter is only 6, I am just trying to make sure she gets what she needs and is excited about. It was embarrassing as the other people in the store were staring by now. 20 minutes after I left, the order was complete. I picked it back up and the bag was wrong, and my pullover doesn't have the word cheer on the bottom of the logo like her bag, as it was supposed to. A nearly $100 lesson learned. Buyer beware. Unless you enjoy being treated poorly, probably easiest to go on line and skip the tongue lashing and the begging to be treated fairly. read more

This place is so unprofessional! I gave them the most simple order, stitching on a sweatshirt - 2 words as a gift for my daughter. After over a week, they never called me to tell me it was done, so when I tried calling to ask them, they sounded so annoyed, the first person I talked to (a woman with no personality) even hung up on me, I had to call back and beg them to just take my name and see if it was finished. I called again since they never called, same women answered, she hangs up on me again. I call back - THEY CAN'T FIND THE SWEATSHIRT! I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. My son brought in his New Varsity jacket to have embroidered, and the first thing the clerk (female) said was "where did you get this jacket? it feels thin and cheap, did you get off Amazon or something?" This was so unprofessional and uncalled for, who are you to judge a product we brought in for you to service. Makes me so angry, my son could have been humiliated and second class compared to the other kids in school. For the record, it has leather sleeves and does NOT feel cheap or thin. The man who works there is the rudest individual I have ever encountered. The job I was asking for was apparently too difficult for him despite the conversation I had over the phone with the owner. I had already sent her an image and she gave me a quote with no problem. Yet, in her absence when I got to the store the man had a different response and very angry and hostile demeanor. Before I could even speak he was already angry and hostile toward me as he was informing me of the challenges with my project. I nicely told him I am not here to argue or upset anyone. He could have simply told me what I was asking for couldn't be done. The other woman behind the counter said nothing to him about his inappropriateness! I gathered my things and told him I could take my business elsewhere. He responded "Good! I don't want to do it!" This review started off as a one star and was not looking good I contacted them for a last minute embroidery for a gift on a birthday just a small name on a jacket fleece of five letters I contacted them at about noon the individual who answered the phone was quite short and Curt and explain how they possibly can get to it today but it would cost me I reluctantly agreed because I entirely agree with the old adage "your lack of planning does not denote my emergency" and I was definitely at fault for this being last minute regardless on the circumstances I understood but just did not appreciate the way that was expressed but did not disagree. Upon dropping it off I gladly expressed I will pay whatever need be I would just appreciate if you could get slipped in and could be completed by business closed I understand you have to pay for expediting although the quote of $60 for five letters was a little steep about 530 I received the phone call that the coat was done when I returned a very nice female behind the counter told me it was approximately 10 dollars I was flabbergasted and told them please. I understand charge me more they knew that this was a very important birthday gift for someone close to me and it was hard to get the coat. the embroidery turned out extremely crisp and I had to leave them a tip just in good princible hopefully they had a drink afterwards on me this place was amazing and went out of their way to satisfy a first time customer I highly recommend it even though the job was rushed the quality did not suffer thank you if you read this read more

As the provider for varsity jackets for my child's high school I have no choice but to use them. If given a choice I would never enter this establishment. The staff is beyond rude and heaven forbid you call to inquire on the status of your jacket, they will add days to your completion day just for the inconvenience you gave them for the call. Awful, stay away if you don't have to go there! And the prices, fill your bank account as the check you write (they don't accept charge cards) will be a hefty one. read more
