This is the closest place to me to buy scrubs at & I've always been satisfied with the materials I…read moreget from here. I just started a new job & need brown scrubs which are VERY limited. I tried on different brands & asked the girl if she could order some stuff but in brown online for me. I don't think she went more than 30 seconds without constantly sighing and not even looking on the computer for me leaving me confused if she was going to or if it was up to me to check at home online.... I was the only customer in the store so it's not like she was super busy. She was impossible to have a conversation with that I gave up with her and had to walk out. I know people have their bad days & what not but it's always the same chick working with the same attitude problem. UPDATE: the next morning I drove to the Ann Arbor store. They did have some brown in store. The lady working went out of her way to help everyone in the store. & was very helpful, friendly. I will now be driving the extra miles to make this my go to store

As it turns out by giving my email address and verifying the hospital that the Dr. uses I was given a 10% discount. I hope everyone gives me 10% discount for my fake email. I had to go back later in the day as my wife didn't like the dark colored tops I purchased and return them for lighter brighter colors which she stains while eating her meals??? The exchange was quick and even and they sent me on my way very quickly.

I am the Project Manager for a company called Dynamic Resources. In my professional experience, I…read morehave never had to deal with a more unprofessional and a more sleazy company than Unifirst in Taylor, MI. For starters, communication is a joke. Getting ahold of Holly or David is an almost impossible task. Typically takes over a week for them to return several phone calls or emails. Once I get a returned phone call, it is from a *67, No Caller ID number, which is David. Because he simply doesn't want to deal with the issues their company has created. Aside from getting ahold of them, the service is horrendous. We have had several issues with Unifirst. One issue being, my employees almost never get their uniforms back in a timely manner or at all, once they are turned in to be cleaned. We often will get other companies uniforms, which is only logical to think that our uniforms are going to other companies as well. They will then put "loss charges" on our invoice. This is a common scam that they will throw into their invoices, because there is no way for us to reconcile what Unifirst takes / loses. So, we started keeping inventory of every scheduled pick up. Which is ridiculous that we need to do their job for them. We have had issues with employees quitting or being terminated and turning in their uniforms to Unifirst and letting them know this individual no longer works here. For months these uniforms were returned and washed / misplace, etc. All for Unifirst to add "loss charges" on our invoice and scam us. After we emailed / called and stated several times that we turned in this individuals uniforms and they no longer work here. For months they would continue this scam until finally they took the charges off. No reimbursement, no apology, nothing. Another major issue is our floor mats have not been cleaned or swapped out for over a year and half. Even after several complaints they still haven't corrected the issue and continued to charge us for the service they are NOT providing. When David finally got back to me on the issue he stated that we have "stuff" in the way. Clearly this is an extremely poor and lazy excuse. As we had 14 of the 19 in mats in total, are very easily accessible. They have not even offered to refund us. So, I wanted to do some digging on the contract we signed. The language in the contract clearly states that Unifirst is afforded 60 days to correct any issues previously complained by the customer. Well, we have been complaining for 5 months and most of these issues even predate myself and still haven't been corrected. We are talking years of failure and scams on Unifirst part. So, once we realized we can terminate our agreement because Unifirst has failed to uphold their end of the agreement, they threatened us with their legal department and demanded a buy out. This was expected as this is a common scam with companies like Unifirst. So, check your contracts, they have an automatic renewal for 5 YEARS, if you do not give a 90 day written notice that you do not want to renew your contract. This is another sleazy scam they will try to get companies on. They have the resources to bully, and they definitely try to bully us, despite the evidence we have, (we have cameras in our office) we would have to go to court in order to prove the failure on Unifirst part. Which is absolutely ridiculous. David has continued to threaten us saying we are breaching the contract, which is funny because we read through the whole thing and no where in the contract does it say they don't have to provide a service for a year + but can charge us for it. All and all I can't speak for the other branches, but I can assure you Unifirst in Taylor Michigan, is an absolute useless garment company. They are extremely unprofessional, they will not return calls / emails for complaints and they will blame you on every end for their failures and if you try to prove otherwise they will threaten you with their legal department. They are modern day scammers and they found a good way to cheat the system.
