The shop also sells hats, candles, and jewelry. What I enjoy most about shopping here is interacting with the staff. They are friendly but not overbearing, and very helpful. I liked their previous store location, and love their (somewhat) new location on The Landing. The owners, Susie and Elaine looked like models a la Lauren Hutton. Their strong sense of fashion and style make their men's boutique extra special. They had socks, ties, bow ties, etc to satisfy any taste and or style. The placement and display of each item was done with care and concentration. I purchased a handcrafted leather bracelet from the Anthony Payton collection. It's soft and subtle, but a statement piece no less. It was an enjoyable grand opening. I wish this new business well.

He told a coworker (older looking lady with a mean RBF) I needed help, and she scoffed at him and began arguing with him. She asked why he couldn't help me, but the man clearly had 3 other people he was helping. She glared at me then went back to chit chatting with another coworker for about 20 minutes. This is when I decided to leave. I returned later after I got off work around 8pm. The old man with the nasty slick back hair told me they don't do measurement and I wasn't allowed to try anything on. I left and went straight to Louie's Tux Shop where I was actually treated with respect. My wedding party of 10 groomsmen will all be taking our business and our $$$ fat wallets $$$ to Louie's. Men's Warehouse has the worst customer service I've ever seen and this place needs to be shutdown and condemned for the rest of eternity. I don't even know how they get any customers at all. They lack all skill of treating anyone with the least bit of human decency. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

When we arrived, the store was very busy, so I asked the cashier how to check in for our appointment. Instead of giving a professional or helpful response, he rudely waved his hand in the air toward a group of people gathered for measurements and said "as you can see there are lots with appointment." We went over to that area, but no one acknowledged us or asked whether we had an appointment. Meanwhile, other customers who came in after us were greeted and helped before we were. I never heard mention of an appointment, thus the impression was most, if not all were walk-ins. After waiting 10-15 minutes, and feeling completely overlooked, we decided to take our business elsewhere. Mind you, the tall, older gentleman manning the register was just standing there watching. We went to Louie's across the street, and even though they were also busy, they were friendly, welcoming, and acknowledged us right away. We chose to go back the next day and had a far better experience at Louie's. The staff had us in and out in 15-20 minutes! I've used Men's Wearhouse in the past for business attire, but after this experience, I won't be returning. Even when compared to my best experiences at Men's Wearhouse, Louie's outshines them!

Plenty of items to buy here from perfume, jewelry, mens and women's clothing and other items. Also located inside is a Finishline if you need some sneakers. What really floored me, though was that they actually have a Toys R' US inside! Yes!!! Omg! I had some many memories flooding through me as I walked around. Teresa helped me connect with Jill from alterations to do the measurements. I'm ordering a custom Vietnamese dress (Ao Dai) and needed a lot of measurements done. Both Jill and Teresa spent time with me to do measurements and write them down. They're both literal angels. Highly recommend going to them if you need assistance with anything. Specifically, Jill can help with altering blouses, pants, sleeves etc. Also, shout out to Christy for welcoming me to Fort Wayne and helping me get some cologne. The two female associates were friendly and professional and allowed me to browse and try on outfits without being over-involved. The products were well-organized and divided by gender, color, and size. I felt like I was able to see everything in my size that I was interested in without searching or feeling overwhelmed. Speaking of size... I noted they have an excellent variety of sizing from xs to 3x. That is great news for people who can't even expect to see their size carried in some stores today! I left the store purchasing two outfits, a blazer and a winter vest (all name brands or 'vintage' and on trend) for less than $40. I have officially become a loyal customer and I look forward to trying their other location soon.

I called, their customer service said return it to store, which I did. They didn't care at all, said sorry that happened, didn't offer at least the kohls cash back. I had printed each email showing the kohls cash & the 40% coupon, but they didn't care. They will no longer have my business, my $'s will be spent elsewhere. Let's not even talk about how long it takes to check out either, definitely gone downhill.
