She flat out told me no and flat out told me there were no returns on boats per their store policy, even though I was told I could return it as long as I had not put it in the water. It had not even been an hour and she refused to honor the coupon that they didn't bother telling me about. She said it's on the customer to know about their coupons. Earth Adventures only does a few things; one of their newest classes that is offered is an emergency preparedness class. This is better than what the Red Cross-offers. Can you pick up one bag, and walk out the front door, for three days? Then have a second bag for seven days? I could just get in my van and drive off.
