I have only ordered the milkshake and fries here thus far. Just going to note the milkshakes are the real deal - it's proper ice cream. This Rally's takes orders using a voice-recognition system like an Amazon Echo but it doesn't match what they actually have. I ordered fried mushrooms but they were out. This was the worst Rallys ever! First of all I ordered a Banana Milkshake..... I heard the lady say," let me see if it's working" and she then said , "it is" and will that be all.... I then added the new Mozzarella Rings. Pull up and pay for my order, the lady hands me a liquid shake. I put my straw into the lid and what do know.... pure Banana sugar liquid concentrate. WARNING * * * * Considering I worked at this Rally's as a second job while working as a teacher, I must say I ordered a Big Buford combo and it was horrible. First, the people that were working there must have thought I was stupid. Instead of cooking fresh french fries, they put some stale and old fries in the basket and re-heated in the grease to "try to fool me into believing these fries were fresh and hot". The Big Buford was average at best. I was very disappointed - not expecting the "best" in fast food to begin with, but I was deeply disappointed in the overall quality of the meal. The food is consistent at all of the rallies I never been to. I love their french fries and I love their fish sandwiches. There is a drive-through on both sides to keep it moving right along. I personally enjoy the food from here compared to other fast food restaurants but if you're looking for something healthy you may want to move along. Pulled up through the drive thru, ordered garlic parm wings combo with fries and a drink with an additional small bacon cheeseburger and a shake. Well they didn't have the shake I ordered so the manager was kind enough to stick her head out of the window and ask of she could make me something else, I just ordered chocolate, she asked me to pull around. 8 minutes later ((cause by this time I'm on the phone and looked at the timer when I hung up to get out the car)) I'm at the window. The bagger hands me the food, I go to the car in a hurry cause I'm on lunch break. I place the bag on my lap and quickly ate a fry, then place it on the seat next to me. Get back to work rushing cause I'm late, pick up the bag and there is GREASE EVERYWHERE! It was all over my CAR SEAT my PANTS and my entire order, and they forgot to give me my drink that came with the combo. I tried to clean up the mess and calm down. Quietly called them to inform them of this disaster and I explained to the (order taker) everything I just stated and I heard NOTHING!! I waited a few seconds, like 30 saying hellllloooooo..... This was absolutely the worst Rallys / Checkers that I have ever been to. Not only did they mess up my order its dirty. I asked for nothing special just no onions on my burgers what they do give me extra. The fries were extra cold which they can't tell the different in sizes. The large drink was flat. This is not the first time this has happened at the place. I called and tried to speak the manager she said she was. Older guy working window can't get the order right looking and acting like he doesn't want to be at work

If I could give this place a negative score, I absolutely would. They are the rudest people I have ever encountered. We placed an online order to be ready at 4:00 p.m. We arrive at 4:00 p.m....only to find out that not only was it not ready, but it had not even started to be prepared. I was too outdone. To add insult to injury they didn't have one of the flavors at all, did not let us know prior to arrival, AND Robert, the so-say Assistant Manager, had the worst attitude with my assistant. When she asked for the Store Manager's name, he refused to give it to her. I have never known one single business in my lifetime to behave this way. We absolutely love their wings, however no food is good enough to endure the treatment we have received. If this had been a one time occurrence, I may have considered overlooking, however it is not. We have been there on many more occasions and we get the same garbage service.
