These guys are complete ass if you are going there at night. 100000% make sure you get there at the VERY LEAST 1 HOUR before they say they close because the night crew plays around. They will let you sit there for 40+ minutes, tell you to give them a minute at the speaker and then shut everything down and send a worker around saying they are closed. Daytime staff works hard and will always get your order right. Absolutely love the day crew. Go when the sun is up because the night crew get lazy as hell by the end of the shit. This is my #1 go to if I want cheap comfort food to take home. I never get the full meal though. Not all of their menu items are easy to find, so I recommend you take a look online before you go there. You can have them take off or add stuff and they do it cheaper than some clown. I've heard about rally's for a long time and I was looking forward to trying a meal here and I have to say I was pretty disappointed. The food is really quite bland we ordered combo meals consisting of burgers and fries and I have to say the price was good for two people to eat it was under $20 so that's why I gave it three stars. However the fries were not that good they had a very odd flavor to them kind of like old grease and stale spices I really think they would be good fries if they were a bit thicker and maybe cooked and some fresh oil. The burgers were not bad I've had better burgers at other restaurants it's just really no flavor to the beef it's like they don't season it or do anything to it so sadly I really don't ever want to eat here again. read more

This Rally's is just okay. A few years back they had excellent customer service and great employees working fast and efficiently. Things have definitely changed, they have a lot of issues with preparing food correctly or with care. Overall the food taste fine, but it's all done too fast sometimes. Service has always been friendly and fast. I don't think I have ever been to a quicker drive thru. The food is tasty, especially the Big Buford burger. The fries have a coating on them. They were quick to get the meal out to us and the attitude of the employees was most generous. I enjoyed the food itself as well. I've been to Rally's several times. I don't know why they call it fast food. Every time I have been there, I have had to wait. No doubt their food is tasty. That' the only reason I gave them a two. I really don't mind the wait until last night when I waited 43 minutes for my burgers. As I sat and watched at least 20 cars (I quit counting) go thru the drive thru after me, not to mention the three separate people that walked up to the window and got burgers. I finally got back in line to get my money back. Oh and I forgot to mention they shorted my change back earlier by two dollars as well. They tried to tell me they ran out of mushrooms and had to grill more. I have been cooking for several years and I happen to know mushrooms cook very quickly, not 43 minutes not even a half hour. So needless to say I will not visit this establishment anymore. If you choose too, I recommend you don't order anything with mushrooms. read more
