the short girl in there that makes the food put 4 pieces of chicken on my avacado chicken stacker and then when i go to ask for it to be remade she came up to the front got a attitude and said "i made it" while makin dirty faces to me and my friend then proceeds to remake it WITH FOUR PIECES OF CHICKEN AGAIN MIND YOU AND ALL LETTUCE she need to go back to training or something bc how do you not know how to put chicken in a tortilla AND tried to tell us our order was put in right for a dulex box but continued to put chicken instead of beef, i don't know what her name is but she's short dark hair and chubby and she needs to be retrained or sum the dude at the front was nice and respectful though so that was good at-least, i jus hope if u get food there be happy with the wrong kind or 4 pieces of meat on it and all lettuce and cheese. and for a drink u can have a watered down baja blast and if u wait for the ice to melt it'll become water ! read more

Figure it out. This kitchen staff is basically just a bundle of sardines flopping in the back. They gave me my food and it was about 3 pieces of rice, 6 black beans, and the left toe of the chicken. On top of this glorious experience my food tasted like a wayside regular hocked a wet slimy loogie into my food. The cashier at the front just stood there twiddling her thumbs with AirPods in while I rotted in my booth. All in all I hate this place. read more

This store is fast, I've never had a Taco Bell get me through the line as fast as they did. The service is quick and friendly, and the staff seem to enjoy being there. The food was accurate and seemed fresh, I've never had a bad experience with the food. After many years with a review, this is the most recent experiences I can give about this location. From ordering as a customer, to picking up as delivery personnel for Joyrun I've seen both sides to this Taco Bell. They are always fully staffed, making it easy for the line to move when a rush comes. The employees move extremely fast so you'll definitely be in and out. The only slow days are of course Wayside club nights when college is in session, it can be slow at times from 12am until closing at 3:30am. The food is naturally a hit or miss, Taco Bell has never been good on making a filling taco. Most tacos/burritos lack several ingredients when the staff is in a rush. I strongly suggest not going around those times, it can become a waste of money. On those good days, it's as good as any Taco Bell can get ! read more

Waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes just to hear "we cannot take your order. Our system is down." I asked, well can someone some out here and tell everyone waiting in the drive through that so we can leave??? They sent a customer out!!! I could tell he felt awkward. He had his food though. I asked if I could get a gift card for the inconvenience cause why not ask right?? She replied very rudely said "uhm so we can't do anything with our computers..." I love Taco Bell but every time I have visited this establishment they don't give me my chicken quesadilla! I tend to do a group order for my house so I get 4 or 5 things and every time they don't give me the chicken quesadilla. Sometimes I can catch it before I leave but not every time and it's so heartbreaking. It's so disappointing that they would do this to me as an avid customer. Jesus Christ, this was bad. The cashier at the drive-thru window was completely incompetent, and the food was just plain bad and bland. I ordered a Steak Doubledilla, only for him to put Quesarito on the order screen - no idea how someone could mix those two up as they don't rhyme. I also ordered a grilled steak taco and a side of nacho cheese. He put in nachos, but I didn't feel like correcting him again. After paying, he opened the window again and tried to get me to pay for the car behind me. After he recognized it was me, he said "Oh," and got my food which was right in front of him. Now, as for the food: my grilled steak taco was cold after just a 4-minute drive home. The Doubledilla did not have double steak, the steak pieces were cut too small, the steak was rubbery, and one of the four pieces had almost no steak in it. Last, the chips I did not order were undercooked and had no flavor. I understand it's a busy time and these are mostly college students working, but the attention to detail was non-existent, and the food was clearly pre-made (or just made poorly), given it was all soggy and cold. Well I don't ever know how to grade fast food places but I'm going to knock this place for the customer service. I saw the cashier have a customer come up who wanted tortilla chips instead of Doritos. When the employee came back with the backs of chips the hand off was fumbled and they spilled on the counter. Instead of doing ANYTHING he just watched the customer and walked back to his register while looking back at the customer picking up chips off the counter. The customer was clearly disturbed but didn't say anything. My experience with the employee when I ordered was lack luster. Had a hard time understanding what I wanted, which was just a little tweak to a value meal. He didn't smile or anything. First and foremost let me say that I have had a lot of Mexican cuisine in my lifetime. But never have my tastebuds felt a sensation as extraordinary as they did at this Taco Bell. I am a frequent diner at this establishment and each meal is better than the last. The meat is sizzled to perfection, the cheese is hand selected by the head chef every morning, and the Baja Blast is aged in a barrel for three months. If I had to make a suggestion I would point you in the direction of the Steak Quesarito. It's hard for me to discuss fine dining and luxury with friends and the Mount Pleasant Taco Bell is not mentioned. They continue to push the envelope and redefine the idea of what a dining experience should be. read more

This Taco Bell location used to have a super friendly crew who seemingly cared about their quality of service, but not any more. The last ~5 times we have gone here (over the last two months) our orders have been wrong, and on top of that, very poorly made. Even after being asked "is everything on the screen correct?" (It usually is), the contents of the bag are incorrect. The picture is of nearly quesoless quesaritto, that was supposed to be beef, but instead is dried out steak. Soap machine didn't work told the lady at the front she was super busy and asked 3 different people if they knew how to fix the batteries in the dispenser no one seemed to know how and the last one says that the girl yesterday was supposed to fix it .. There was only one worker tonight and she wasn't a very nice person. I had placed my order and once i get to the window i hand her my card and she says "Cash only" in a very angry way. My friends and I were there last night between 1 and 2 am and we all left with food poisoning.
