Certainly the different types of slaw influenced the overall flavor but I think it was also the way the cabbage in the slaw was rough cut instead of shredded. Siracha and Dijon were in the driver's seat with one of the slaws I tried. The staff was super friendly. Although the restaurant is a humble place it was jammed when we were there. If I lived in the area I'd probably show up once a week too! Maxons clearly captured the rural area's attention and some folks from town were there too. What a great experience.
