I started working with Capeside Psychiatry in 2025. I've received nothing short of compassion and reassurance. I experienced years of terrible treatment by medical personnel, government, and state officials. Capsesides personnel are professional, polite, caring, understanding, hardworking, patient, and supportive. They are 'real'. They balance being pro-agency and pro-patient extremely well. They assigned me to a great team! Firstly, I work with Irene a great deal. She's taken care of my needs every single time without hesitation. She goes above and beyond every time. She's passionate about helping others, providing high-performance work, and quality support. She also has a great laugh. When she says she'll do something, you can bank on it. If there's something she can't do, Irene will find an answer, locate the right person who can, but she always figures out how to help, which gives me hope instead of hearing a hard 'no'. Shes honest and forward. I appreciate that. It's a pleasure to work with her. She's a gem. I was previously assigned to my therapist Jennifer Rotella. She's the brightest light imaginable. It's easy to open up to her. I'm 'never' this way with anyone, especially after poor treatment by clinicians. She is very resourceful, strong, delightful, very sweet, and she takes great care of her patients. Her voice is calming, and she has a warm smile. Mrs. Darby is a wonderful person and a people person. She has the best smile too. Commmunicating with her is always a good experience. She's dedicated, collaborative, and intelligent. She's so proactive, professional, and amazing. Mrs. Darby always takes care of me. She secured a spot with the best therapists for my needs; working through the milestones to ensure care without disruption. I'm grateful. Ms. Scolaro-Conti is my therapist and the nicest person. She's very keen, professional, and a good person. I'm very happy to be in her care. She's listens. She helps me stay hopeful, suggests activities, resources and works to aid me the best that she can. She brings about clarity when things are dim. Dr. S. Anil prescribes my medication. She isn't like other doctors I've known. She does go above and beyond to support me. She cares about what's precribed, how it affects my body, and always conducts an analysis for a solutions that I can be confident in. She communicates actively and genuinely cares and is extremely faithful. During each visit, Dr. Anil demonstrates professionalism, presents her truest self and os a lovely soul. Everyone I've mentioned allowed me to lean on them when I dealt with tragic circumstances. I hope everyone I've mentioned in this post are recognized for the support they've provided me especially surviving domestic violence. They are talented, energetic and have helped me a great deal. They developed our relationship organically, I never feel pressure in any way. I've never referred an agency to anyone. I'm happy to refer Capeside Psychiatry for one's MH needs. Also, Mrs. Connie Register in accounting was a pleasure to work with. When I was billed for care. She informed me of my bill, made sure I was billed for what was applicable and looked for available options if I needed help making patments. She is as genuine, and caring as everyone I've worked with. She has taken good care of me. If there's a mistake she'll fix it immediately. All of the women I mentioned have encouraged me. They're attentive, nurturing, and beautiful people. I wanted to take the time to write this thank you note for Mrs. Irene, Mrs. Connie, Mrs. Darby, Ms. Rotella, Ms. Kylie, Mrs. Anil. They've made my life easier. They're nothing like the clinical groups I've worked with in the past. They are par excellent. They represent the Capeside Psychiatry well.
