Literally store after store of closed down shops and vendors. I think only one place was open for food. Pretty much entire food court was a dark and closed down. I came last weekend to bring my baby niece for a little birthday shopping and it was awkward because she's too young to even know how terrible the mall truly was. They need a TOTAL revamp or just close it down altogether. Space is better suit for a park or some restaurants. I even tried to get my niece's ears pierced at a jewelry kiosk that does piercings, but the lady working there said that she was unable to because she already packed up everything. lol what?! Mind you, this was two hours before closing time. Pretty much that was the attitude for a lot of the stores there. All closing an hour or two before actual closing time. No wonder the place is broke.

As for the living room, I found a great coastal unit in just the "right" color. Delivery was as simple as requesting it and providing a home address. Lets begin by saying only one person was inside the store and left as we entered. Its a large open gallery of furniture and started browsing. After a few minutes, the only female employee in our view said hello from a distance as she walked to the back room. She came back out a minute later with no further contact. Two male employees were rearranging a table as we walked by. Again, the store was completely EMPTY of any other customers. Based on my opinion, the customer service was definitely lacking. The store has several pieces of great furniture most at 50% off the original price which they list on every tag. This is my daughter's favorite store and wanted to find something for her new house, but the atmoshpere that was sadly created, tainted a would be good experience.

I was greeted by a friendly sales associate, I think her name was Anne. This store has a TON of purses, but they also had watches, wallets, wristlets, sunglasses, jewelry, footwear, keychains and coats. Coach almost always has some kind of promotional sale going on. These outlets have a small clearance section as well. I didn't buy anything, but it was fun to look around.

They appear to be fully stocked and the employees were very friendly and about customer service. Sue at check out was very pushy when I decided not to do a survey at the end. I felt the survey was optional and then we stated my voice would not be heard. I typically do not do a survey unless it is good so that I can give them a benefit of the doubt and do it another time. Additionally I feel the survey is optional so I do not understand the pressure to do one and to be lectured afterwards to do it. I can only guess the employees are pressured to get customers to complete one. Based on smell and my interaction with Sue (who was still very nice and trying her best to give good customer service) I will not be returning. She also put a lot of pressure for providing a phone number and signing up for the rewards. I probably just mistook her intentions but felt not so great after our interaction.There are some cheap deals inside so it should not put you off from checking it out. I do not anticipate anyone else having a less than positive experience while shopping there.

Things were organized, they had lots of nice clothing, and the prices were really good. I rarely find clothes at thrift shops, but I found 4 items, 3 of them that looked almost brand new. They were all priced around $6. They also had some furniture at excellent prices. The place was clean and didn't have that smell that some thrift stores have. The store employees were friendly. The only thing that can be improved was that I had to wait about 15 minutes to get into a dressing room. There were 4 and one was "out of order." I don't live around here, but if I was in the area again, I would love to go back again.

The store was totally empty when I arrived mid-day, but most of the other stores were quiet too I didn't buy anything, but I really liked the sports themed purses and accessories. They had some really cute New York Yankees items. I see that they also carry Longchamp style bags, which is nylon style tote. Some of the items here looked kind of dated, the multi-colored items were very circa 2002. I spotted one table with clearance of up to 70% off as well.
