First time at this RH Outlet in Vero Beach and had a strange experience. We've been to the Boca Raton RH location and was totally opposite. Lets begin by saying only one person was inside the store and left as we entered. Its a large open gallery of furniture and started browsing. After a few minutes, the only female employee in our view said hello from a distance as she walked to the back room. She came back out a minute later with no further contact. Two male employees were rearranging a table as we walked by. Again, the store was completely EMPTY of any other customers. Based on my opinion, the customer service was definitely lacking. The store has several pieces of great furniture most at 50% off the original price which they list on every tag. This is my daughter's favorite store and wanted to find something for her new house, but the atmoshpere that was sadly created, tainted a would be good experience. read more

Big store. You'll find a lot to love there. Some in good shape, some needing a little TLC. Prices are still up there though.

Found exactly what we wanted at the outlet at a great price. We bought a white linen sofa and 4 counter chairs. Excellent prices.

When I recently discovered Restoration Hardware has outlets, I was very enthusiastic to check it out. For those of you who don't know, RH is a store for furnishings such as sofas, lights, rugs etc. Basically all things house/office space related. They remind me of casual yet timeless unique pieces which I adore. I was really interested in the lighting options for my house. Compared to their gallery stores, the outlets mark down the price by some percentage. Plus sometimes they have added discounts throughout the store. Be careful, the outlet inventory might have some scratches or deficit, make sure to ask and see if it can be fixed. But some pieces seem fine, they just have been moved from the gallery location to the outlet location etc. Picking out a small lighting ceiling fixture for my house's guest bedroom was easy. Took less than half an hour. The employee was nice and gave us other suggestions as well about lighting. Their inventory was good but in lighting it was low due to them selling them fast. They get multiple deliveries to their location a week so it's worth to check them out for home needs.~ read more

Incredible deals on high end stuff. Saved over 4k on our sofa set. You can call them and see if they have the items you want before you drive out there if you're not local. Discounts are between 20%-60%. Its not all discontinued stuff either, some is just returned items with no defects. Great staff there and great help. RH at VBO just expanded to 3x their old sq. ft, buying out the whole corner block... Bring your truck and a wad of cash, as deals are plentiful and its first come, first sold! Everything is expensive, it's RH, but vs retail RH you can save a bundle.... Have a whole house to buy for and like RH? This is the place.... I hunted for just the right stuff over a few months and saved a bunch... Worth the drive from Jupiter... They have showroom merch. Un-damaged for 30 % off... If you don't mind a well placed scratch it gets better..... And if your handy you can get some damaged goods for 80% off, but expect the item will need refinishing before use.... (Wood putty, black paint and a weekend, saved $2000 bucks, plus I can do my own touch-ups now, as my paint is now the top coat) They have rolling sales that have 20-30-40% off priced marked... Call ahead to see what's on sale... Good bargain hunting! read more

Great store. Sign up for deals with VIP vero outlet they will let you know about sales. Most items were 50 off plus additional 40 off. Be aware that things are slightly damaged but much cheaper than the store. There is a large selection of their Chinese porcelain plates and accessories in all the colors. I hoped to get some items for the remodel of my bathroom. Like faucets, shower head, TP holder. None of that was there. I really do like their furniture, lighting & rugs, but even the outlet price was out of my price range. It's beautiful to look at what they have, but unless you have money to spare, I'd just go there to dream and move on. read more

Good stuff and had bought a TON in the past. It's 2 hours from us so it's definitely a hike. But just called to see if they had some specific chairs and also asked which discount they were running today. They typically do 30 or 40% ..... they are now only doing $25 off every $100 spent. ok awesome things move fast! and here they don't stay forever! Very large, constantly moving inventory, wonderful staff! great deals! coming back for sure. The only problem is delivery company is charging way more than other RH outlets/stores (for instance in the Bay Area - $175 and they go over the bridge to deliver to Twin Peaks, thats ~2 hours). Here - $250 to drive for 45 min over flat area. Not sure why RH wont have their own folks deliver, probably soon since this is a new location. Hopefully.. That would def increase their sales read more

THIS STORE IS FLAT OUT AMAZING! We were able to get a table for just north of $600, that exact table is currently priced online for $2895!!!. Everything we purchased was heavily discounted. The only advice I have for others, is to search online before making your purchase. There were just a few (okay maybe 3) items at the outlet that were priced higher than the current sale price offered online.. The service at this store is better than some of the galleries in this state, so I would recommend this to store to ANY and EVERYONE! If you didn't go the Vero You Paid too Much! This store has some nice pieces. Its not a place to find an entire set of anything. If you are a carpenter or have a carpenter and can fix things like broken, chipped wood, deep scratches & damaged corners, then you can find some nice things at about 75% off the original price. You need to take it with you or have a delivery truck ready, so that makes it impractical for me, anyway. read more

Newly expanded. Very nice selection of dining room tables and chairs. Was able to find a beautiful dining room table for under $1,000 ( retailed 2,600) also found beautiful linen dining chairs for $150 each ( retailed $379 each). While many items are higher priced, the quality is very good. Can find great deals on bedding and bath as well. Large selection of outdoor furniture and accessories. It is well worth the trip if you are looking for very good quality furniture at a discount. read more
