The pulled pork is so moist and tender. It's elevated to eye watering deliciousness with the addition of the Hmong Pepper Sauce..that sauce is amazing, and I could see putting it on everything. Apparently all of their meats are smoke with local oak, so another bonus there. The duo working there is super nice too.

Another great Hmong Barbeque business and it is another food truck! I found this place on Facebook…read morewhile scrolling through the local eats. Even with the rain I said I still wanna check it out! Today they were located in the parking lot of Joe's Sporting Goods. It's hard to miss them given how big their red trailer is, you can clearly see the big grills mounted on the rear. They serve up your traditional BBQ eats but I did notice their Pulled Pork had different flavors which I wished I saw before ordering, definitely trying those out at a different time. But for today I decided on an order of Brisket and Beef Ribs with no sides. The Brisket looked pretty damn well made to me, the smoke rings were clearly visible. Then I took my fork and easily sliced through it like a hot knife through butter. And as I did I could see the lucious meat juices drip off my fork. I couldn't wait to place it into my mouth. Once I did I was in love with it. So so tender and a good smoke flavor to it, not overpowering. As for the Beef Ribs, they were big and flavorful! Easily fall off the bone and amazing juicy! Besides the meat I also got a side of their Spicy BBQ, and I have to say I liked it a lot, probably my new favorite BBQ sauce! I was suprised at the smokey character of the sauce that prevents it from being too sweet. It had enough spice that I could taste the heat but it was nothing no one can handle. I am glad they gave me 3 dipping cups of that BBQ sauce, gladly dip or paint it on any meat I get. This truck is another winner for me and I am so glad to see lots of Hmong food trucks popping up making outrageously good food! Also the owners are friendly and provide good service. Like previously stated I can't wait to give their flavored pulled pork a try!

Also, If you love a wide array of sauces this is a great spot to choose! We got a ton to try with the meats/wings. My favorites were the house dry rub wings, brisket and the banana pudding. What I tried: Texas Stogies: Jalapeños, stuffed with cream cheese & brisket, wrapped in bacon & smoked. Chicken wings--smoked & fried--got the house dry rub and a ton of dips to try. They serve it with carrots, celery, and your choice of ranch or bleu cheese. Three Meat Platter: We picked brisket, ribs, and turkey. The sides we enjoyed were the potato salad and fries with the comeback sauce. The comeback sauce with the fries is a pro move! Plain Burger - 1/2 pound smoked and seared burger. We did a side of the Street Corn Salad. Petey's Banana Pudding: This is absolutely to die for. I am not a huge dessert person, but this was so good I didn't want to share it. Always get a large! When visiting make sure you park in the ramp next door! Alary's offers validated parking ticket evenings and weekends including Wild games! Also, they have shuttles to and from the Wild games!

Somehow the fries weren't mushy. This isn't something I'd normally get, but I was surprised at how good it was. I went with a group and was also able to try the coleslaw, sticky rice, and pulled pork. The meat was juicy and amazing. I love the coleslaw and even compared it to other coveted coleslaw - this is my favorite. I'm picky with bbq sauce, but their bbq sauce hit hard. They have a small parking lot - maybe 3 or 4 spots, but there is plenty of street parking. Also worth mentioning you order up front and get a number. They will bring out your food, but you will need to grab your beverage, plates/napkins, and utensils. Hands down better than any other famous and/or Dave you may know.

I love walking into the restaurant as the bbq aromas just waft over you in the entrance and get the taste buds and salivary glands woken up and raring to get to work. We both ordered Rib plates. The menu list that as 4-5 ribs, Texas toast and 2 sides of your choice. We both received 5 ribs. I went with Mac n Cheese and Collard Greens. Let me focus on the star of the show - the RIBS! We've always enjoyed them but these were truly outstanding! Tender, meaty and a perfect kiss of smoke. Everything you hope a rib would deliver! The FireBox sauce was perfect as always and only boosted the experience. The sides were great as always. I ended up calling back to the restaurant and spoke to a staff member and share our feedback on how fantastic the ribs were tonight! I encourage everyone to give Firebox a first try and or a revisit.

Service staff was as expected for a busy day and we kept getting the wrong items sent out but they were nice and apologetic, it was just a busy day and had newer staff. Parking is limited, be sure to pay attention to where you're parking since certain spots are meant for businesses nearby. They have patio seating but I don't know if they actually provide food service outside. Bathrooms are currently out of service so they have two port-o-potties outside. It's a nice space and gets lots of natural sunlight, I do wish they had some tint or blinds though because we were seated next to a window and it was a bit blinding especially with the sun reflecting off the metal cups and laminated menus. I've heard great things about their food but for me it was a miss. We all had pho but the amount of herbs and fresh toppings wasn't sufficient for 6 phos. They were accommodating and gave us additional items we asked for. The calamari was on the greasier end and was bigger than expected. For my palate both the banh mi and pho were lacking in flavor. I put a lot of things into my pho but it just didn't taste like anything to me except for pho powder. The ribeye pho had a generous portion of broth but only like 5 slices of meat. The oxtail stone bowl pho one looked hot and didn't have enough space to add everything in without it overflowing while the other didn't look like the broth was hot enough to cook the noodles. I will say though their ordered drink cups and to-go containers game was top notch. I received a reusable bag with my two banh mis to go instead of a plastic bag. It's probably not somewhere I'd return to unless someone else absolutely had to have it but to each their own.

I liked the noodles and the meat being tender. The rice cakes were crunchy, however, the dish fell a little bit flat because the egg was so thin. But eating it with sauce was pretty good. I did not like the taro milk tea. It was really sweet. Their salted coffee was good though!

We had reservations and were seated immediately. I chose the spare ribs for my dinner and Husband had the pulled pork sandwich. The ribs were served with a zesty dry rub and sauce on the side. Wish my meal would have been a titch hotter in temp but the food was tasty. We finished with the smoky crème brûlée which was delicious. The layout was cozy and dark with the bar at the center. The atmosphere was sunny with no chances of rain and I loved every minute of it. Sundays are for brunch and I went with a hungry stomach. Took my seat around 1115a and started ordering. First up was my drink Prosecco with a side of Elderflower liqueur because there was no St. Germain. Close to the flavor tho! It was actually quite yummy as well. Then I placed my ordered... I went with the HOG BREAKFAST PARTY which contains 2 Eggs, Greens, Bacon or Sausage, Roadside Potatoes, Biscuit. I loved the roadside potatoes, and I opted for sausage was equally good. The green I would suggest a little more umph in it and the eggs were standard. Overall a decent 3 out of 5 meal. I would like to go back and try the regular menu. Remember I said I sat around 1115a, it was long until 1210p that I noticed my food hasn't arrived. Spoke with our waiter who was apologetic and on the hunt to see what's going on. It was in this moment that I realized this business takes their customers seriously. The waiter returned to advise the kitchen was running behind, but his manager would be out to speak with us. Upon arrival the manager advised he had some research and noticed we had been waiting a very long time. By this time food arrived at 1227P. He informed us that the bill was taken care of and gave a gift card for the inconvenience. We assured him that taking care of the bill was enough but he insisted we take the gift card as well. That's amazing customer service. Thank you to the manager and waiter for such excellent care.
